If I were Jodi, as I imagine her to be, I think she would be fine taking the stand. I can also see the defense team assuming that Juan will get SUPER aggressive with her. Which would be a mistake, imo, because I doubt that Jodi will react in kind.

I would hope that her team would coach her to stay calm and collected or be sobbing the whole time. Juan better put on his kid gloves with her. Let her inconsistencies do the talking. If he gets aggressive and she cries it wont look good on him.

I agree that the continued new sidebars, since the anthony trial, have continued from state to state. IT's just a new form of censorship; which takes all the fun out of a trial. we want to see the arguments; we dont want them censored by sidebars and that is exactly what has been occurring.

I was always under the impression that he was only having sex with Jodi.

Was he sleeping with multiple women?

But why clear the courtroom to do this? Is the jury still in there or were they sent out as well?
