well this is very unfortunate indeed. was there any type of security threat at the courthouse? or did she just clear the court room and disallow this from being a real public trial? I'm sorry but this is censorship in my most humble of humble opinions.

Yes, it would be. It would be his opinion based on thousands of autopsies. That is why I feel that he was shot last. It would make sense that he was shot first if you are just looking at it straight on. But, when you factor in the stabbing, dragging, etc. PLUS the fact that this is what the ME feels happened, you have the fact that he was shot last. This, probably because she heard sounds after she had drug him into the shower and was afraid he was still alive. The ME said that the gunshot would have rendered him unconscious within seconds, so it makes sense to me that there would be no way for him to get from the shower into the sink area to stand up against the vanity and to drip blood into the sink. He was standing there at one point, and it was definitely before he was shot through the brain.

MEs make mistakes too. Have you seen where people have got metal stakes, pencil, wood, etc into their eye socket and brains... but make it to the emergency room or the ambulance?

If you are shooting someone almost dead already... would it likely be an off-centered shot?

If I were Jodi, as I imagine her to be, I think she would be fine taking the stand.

This is the girl who held jail room press conferences (!), so yeah, she's probably a-ok with making a presentation.

Court security said it's uncertain whether we will be going back into the courtroom before the end of the day.

Whatever is going on is clearly serious enough that it is sealed. I have seen this in cases where jurors have to be questioned one by one.

This is one of the options I had. Potential problems with a juror.

Other than that, the only thing I can think of is a bomb threat (LOL) or another hearing that they are taking care of quickly in another matter, because AZ seems just crazy enough to interrupt a murder trial for something like that!

But in all seriousness, I think it must have something to do with jurors.

I wish AZlawyer was around to tell us for sure.

Well on the bright side, I always thought the Grand Canyon was a big dry hole. ( not to be confused with Jodi) I learned there's some pretty awsome waterfalls and swimming is allowed!

I think that's weird, as well.

No jury. Basically it would be the equivalent to an in camera inspection of whatever it is so she can make a ruling about the evidence without the jury being exposed to it and the arguments about its admissibility. That's what this sounds like to me anyway.
