Rumor has it that the defense has new evidence it needs to discuss. That doesn't usually take place in a sealed courtroom, however.

MEs make mistakes too. Have you seen where people have got metal stakes, pencil, wood, etc into their eye socket and brains... but make it to the emergency room or the ambulance?

If you are shooting someone almost dead already... would it likely be an off-centered shot?

His body was found laying on the right side. To shoot him then would mean that the bullet entered above his LEFT eye and came to rest in his RIGHT cheek. But the OPPOSITE is the case. His last live photo in the shower was the perfect pose for a shot to the head as the coroner described.

Alexander's religion and sex life have been a constant theme throughout the trial. Some friends and family members, including Daidone, believed him to be a devout Mormon who was saving sex for marriage, while he simultaneously dated and had sex with multiple women.


I was always under the impression that he was only having sex with Jodi.

Was he sleeping with multiple women?

I don't know why everyone is so upset. . . . . the original LDS church (back when it started) taught everyone that Good Mormon Elders that were temple worthy had sex with multiple women . . . . he was trying to back in the "good graces".

So during Lisa's testimony there was some talk about TA having some sort of financial difficulties? Anyone know anything about that, out of curiosity?

No, but with the pyramid (sorry, circle) schemes, once the people below you run out of people to recruit it travels up the chain pretty quickly.

Source? My late husband was talked into giving Amway a shot, way back when. He was not a natural salesman or recruiter, and as it turned out nor were any of the others that his "director" recruited. Consequently, Mr. Director gave up the business in short order, and was left with a huge paid-for inventory in his garage.

Obviously PPL has no inventory, but in all other respects it appears to be the same.

Utmost of caution. I don't think the jury ever came into the courtroom after lunch. Whatever this new evidence is, the judge doesn't want it out there in front of the general public. (Providing that the new evidence tweet was accurate). The poor jury has been sitting in their room for over 45 minutes now. I certainly hope they are given some type of explanation while they are kept waiting day after day. I would be steaming as I think constant tardiness is disrespectful.

Has the Judge thanked the jury members yet? I know Judge Belvin Perry used to do it at least four times a day (and then send homemade cookies to reinforce)!
