Having read other replies: I do not believe he was shot first considering the ME evidence, and having read about what being shot to the head would incur besides the obvious: Scull fractures, brain damage, blood loss, unconsciousness, and other injuries to the rest of the brain that one does not consider like massive concussions, etc. Being shot first does not fit within the scheme of things IMO.

I am with you in being very fascinated with this question. I too do not see her taking chances. I think there was something. I have mulled over wether she lured him into a sexual bondage situation. There was that silky rope found at the crime scene, in the pools of blood.

Have you looked at the trajectory of the bullet? It would have barely contacted the brain if at all.

IMO the bleeding would have been like a big nose bleed and a pulled back- tooth. Mostly bleeding from the sinus region.

Alexander's religion and sex life have been a constant theme throughout the trial. Some friends and family members, including Daidone, believed him to be a devout Mormon who was saving sex for marriage, while he simultaneously dated and had sex with multiple women.


I was always under the impression that he was only having sex with Jodi.

Was he sleeping with multiple women?

There is absolutely NO evidence at all that he was. Apparently just talking to a woman constitutes as a deviant sexual act according to these people. And I'm not even sure that they had a REGULAR ONGOING sexual relationship.

I have friends who are married and devoutly Christian. While they were dating they abstained, but did have a few times where they lapsed. It was maybe a few times that they had fallen off the abstinence bandwagon. But once their heads cleared up without raging hormones they went back to abstaining until they were married. It happens.

We will never know if this was the case with Jodi and Travis. Because the other part of the couple has been MURDERED.

Utmost of caution. I don't think the jury ever came into the courtroom after lunch. Whatever this new evidence is, the judge doesn't want it out there in front of the general public. (Providing that the new evidence tweet was accurate). The poor jury has been sitting in their room for over 45 minutes now. I certainly hope they are given some type of explanation while they are kept waiting day after day. I would be steaming as I think constant tardiness is disrespectful.

It's abuse. I've been staring at the seal for an hour now.

Maybe its the clothes JA was wearing when she murdered Travis. They dropped out of the sky by a buzzard.

Or maybe its another "letter" from JA....oh I mean Travis. JA has been doing a lot of writing during this trial.

I don't know why everyone is so upset. . . . . the original LDS church (back when it started) taught everyone that Good Mormon Elders that were temple worthy had sex with multiple women . . . . he was trying to back in the "good graces".

And in the opening statement, they not only said they had it, they said "you will hear it".
