Has the Judge thanked the jury members yet? I know Judge Belvin Perry used to do it at least four times a day (and then send homemade cookies to reinforce)!

I miss Judge Perry...he was so kind to the jury and a bit humorous here and there.

His body was found laying on the right side. To shoot him then would mean that the bullet entered above his LEFT eye and came to rest in his RIGHT cheek. But the OPPOSITE is the case. His last live photo in the shower was the perfect pose for a shot to the head as the coroner described.

If she shot him last, after she placed him in the shower into the position he was found in then yes, the theory of the shot being last sounds less likely based on the position of the bullet wound.
However, the shot could as well have occurred before she placed him in the shower (where, IIRC, she also washed him off), which might account for the angle of the trajectory. After all, we only know that it's likely that she shot him somewhere in the bathroom, not that it happened in the shower.

It's one of those things we're probably never going to know for sure. That last picture, plus the fact that it's much easier to keep someone physically bigger and stronger in check with a gun, make it plausible that he was shot first. However, the ME also sounded quite credible when he said that it's virtually impossible that the bullett didn't pass through the brain and incapacitated him quickly.

It's too bad that even if Jodi testifies about it, we can never be entirely sure to hear the truth about this.

I cant imagine there is much that would be as important to the trial at this point

But then it could never be considered self-defense. The bullet traveled downward and across to his left cheek. jmo

If the shell casing was found to be on top of blood spatter, or pool of blood, couldn't it have been kicked there during the huge struggle that I imagine took place? That would explain a little I think.

Lets hope that someone that has been watching this, who knows the defendant and was sitting on something, hoping they wouldn't have to bring it forward, decided that they needed to do the right thing. One can only hope.
