Michelle Lee @myhleeGood news, folks. We're going back in. It's been an hour and half.

It is only 3:45 Arizona time- correct. Even if they only go til 5:00, that is over an hour for testimony. I can't imagine this judge just sending everyone home. Why keep them there now. She would have dismissed them, wouldn't she have? The jurors have had a break, snacks, and drinks... get on with it. Our time is valuable too.

Hate to be a naysayer, but the live feed on AZ says video currently not available. Not sure if that means no more today or not.

Mine did that. I refreshed page and replayed video - went back to seal

Yes I do realize that. I've read the case details. I just think there might be more than one possibility.

I can move pretty fast in a couple of seconds.

Not if your neck is slit ear to ear. You are immediately done and dead. Doesn't matter how 'fast' you think you can move. Once that happens you're going nowhere under your own power.

Only two people were present (unless you count the ninjas) - and one of them is unable to recount specifics.

Ah but we have one other partial witness--the camera with it's damning photographs.

I've seen the photos. I can't say from what I saw that a dragging motion was definitely, literally occurring AT THAT TIME. That's all I'm saying. Period.

Okay, here's what you can say/know from that one photo: TA wasn't in the shower when that photo was snapped AND his neck was already slashed because in the photo we can see his blood is pouring down his back and coming from the front at his neck.

It's a still photo and it definitely places JA's foot next to TA's head & shoulder, IMO.

Not only that, it places the victim on the tile floor, not in the shower, with blood flowing down over his shoulder coming from the neck area. He could not have physically moved himself anywhere at that point and he wasn't in the shower!

Who got where when and under what power is not concretely established without continuous video.

False. Travis could not have gotten anywhere on his own once his neck was slashed ear-to-ear. It would have been impossible because he was dead. We know his neck wound occurred where the big pool of blood was found....at the end of the hall. Huge pool of blood.

The bloody path leads me to believe that TA could possibly have stumbled or crawled for a few seconds, yes. It's not impossible.

He surely did stumble and crawl during the struggle, which is how he got to the end of the hall before that final slash to his neck. But once that slash occurred, he was done. He was then dragged back down the hall. The physical evidence of bloody drag marks along the walls and molding also prove that.

14 year old student is at Grady Memorial right now. The student (it has not been said whether they're male or female) was allegedly shot in the upper back/neck region. The student is awake and responsive. School is dismissing at the normal time. The suspect is in custody. A teacher is also being treated for minor injuries related to being "trampled" in the frenzy.

I'm about 5 miles from this school.

I lived in ATL for a few years. Grady's nickname is "Gunshot Grady" because they are a level one trauma unit and see more GSWs than any other hospital in the region. :(

Oh, those overly diligent pharmacists. Who've never experienced chronic pain.

***NOTE: I've worked in cancer pain management research for decades. I've worked with many an earnest pharmacist who caused patients to feel even crappier for filling their prescriptions. It's an educational process and needs to be more widely required, in my experience. Personal. Experience. 1st degree.***
