I completely disagree, Travis had writings and was in the process of writing a book, if nothing else that could have been used just to preserve his writings....that's what I would have done if he were my friend.

I just glanced at the register, but it looks like the site expired Jan 4 of this year. Since then, but files could have easily been downloaded and saved. They don't have to be on a live website to be kept for posterity.

so sorry to quickly veer away from court back in session but was catching up while no action in the court and came upon the Beth K discussion, re: her voice.. I just had to ask the question I've been wanting to ask since the get-go but forget about before ever asking..

Her voice has always been a topic of discussion in my house any time we ever see her on TV for anything.. I have always said that I believed the entire speech issue was a result of her being partially deaf.. hubby always says, I dunno that he hasn't a clue why she sounds muppet-ish..lol

so, what do y'all think?..does it not sound like the speech of someone who is partially deaf?

Nope, I'm a former speech pathologist. Doesn't sound like deaf speech to me, just that it has a strangled, harsh quality about it, like her vocal cords are too tight, IMO...:twocents:
