Upon examination, that appears to be a gap between his thighs. I don't think it was a video, and I think the evidentiary hearing was for something entirely different.

I wonder if Defense is so dumb to think that jury hearing the name of this video will think it's something 'dirty'. I had no idea what this video was going to be, but apparently is a pretty 'viral' meme... like 'keyboard cat' or the like. So what was Travis doing at 4 am logged in as "Deanna" in the privacy of his own study? OMG... watching a silly video. However... I actually wonder if it was Jodi logged in as Deanna Reid... for whatever reason. She stated Travis was waiting up, watching this?? Unless a friend sent him an email link, I doubt it. How/why would she remember this video? And I doubt that she arrived at 4 something am.. and they sat there and watched 3 Daft videos vs. talking, arguing or Jodi sexually coming onto him.

It may have been a deliberate maneuver by the DT. JM objection was sustained, the photo was not admitted, as DT can't prove person in photo is Travis, although it matters not, but I don't believe it was Travis in those photos.

I wonder too, if the delay in the afternoon was to go over this evidence/photos, and if so, how could the DT be allowed to show these photos if they are inadmissible.
