Jean KissrArse is now saying that the penis photo was dated a couple of hours before Travis was killed. It was sent to Jodi from Travis' computer.

I find that difficult to believe unless it was Jodi doing her hacker thing

Watching the incident on replay - apparently there was a date/time stamp, but we don't know what it was. I think Juan's voir dire shut it down, and these pics will not be admitted as evidence.

And the reason we saw the pics is because the defense attorney "forgot" what exhibit numbers they were while she was moving for their admission, so the witness picked them up and looked on the back for the exhibit numbers.

On In Session, they are saying that it was actually the defense attorney that either inadvertently (or purposefully) displayed them to the jury. She was carrying them around the courtroom, flashing them all over, before handing them to the witness.

I just have to say something...I am a 50 year old grandmother with 3 grown sons and a 2 year old granddaughter been married since I was 18 years old. My husband and I have STILL have phone sex, sexting, have taken pictures and have toys....what about that is dirty and why would any of that give me the right to murder my husband in cold blood (which IMO is what happened). I turn on the TV tonight and see these "professionals" talking about JA and TA having a salacious sex life and TA is a sexual deviant and he is sex craxzed.... REALLY???????????????? Except for the fact that he was a mormon and it was obviously frowned upon as a mormon, I think they were just normal adults with a pretty normal sex life. I guess the defense has to do something with whatever evidence they have but their/his sex just does not seem all of that out of control.

A 2.5" drive is the type of drive used in laptop computers. I'm not sure this is an external drive, per se, or the drive that was simply removed from the laptop.

Ok,I am really suspicious "accidental" showing of these these photos before they are even admitted into evidence. Why would she have to ask for the numbers to the exhibits....wouldn't they be in her notes. Seems planned and fake after watching it again. hmmm :waitasec:

We saw it - the witness flashed them when he picked them up to look at the exhibit numbers. I'll have to watch again and see if the defense attorney flashed them about as well.
