On In Session, they are saying that it was actually the defense attorney that either inadvertently (or purposefully) displayed them to the jury. She was carrying them around the courtroom, flashing them all over, before handing them to the witness.

OMG - I first read this as it was the defense attorney' (photos/junk in trunk, erm - you know what I mean!)...........

Deanna Reid is Travis' friend who he willed his dog Napoleon to.
I just think he just had her old computer.

I think I have to go back and listen to the forensics testimony, but a YouTube account is "in the cloud", not a Windows user name. YouTube, Gmail, etc. is accessed via browser from any computer or location... like my logging in here as KM2. I could use a friend's computer and login here as KM2. Granted that friend's computer would somewhere show via Internet History that someone visited Websleuths and logged in (as KM2).

Ok, so I've just decided that the only way that I will allow myself to be so immersed in the live trial, is if I put my laptop in my room and do a long overdue cleaning while I watch.

Can any of you, my WS friends, hold me accountable to this? It is detrimental to my well-being. lmao, but totally serious

I'll try to help.
During breaks in the trial I would suggest whistling while you work, but I wouldn't want you turning into the vulnerable Snow White.
Just screw the cleaning and get the seven dwarves in to tidy up...

Also, these photos may have nothing to do with user Deanna. That may be YouTube videos only (although user info can be disputed for many reasons).

I just have to say something...I am a 50 year old grandmother with 3 grown sons and a 2 year old granddaughter been married since I was 18 years old. My husband and I have STILL have phone sex, sexting, have taken pictures and have toys....what about that is dirty and why would any of that give me the right to murder my husband in cold blood (which IMO is what happened). I turn on the TV tonight and see these "professionals" talking about JA and TA having a salacious sex life and TA is a sexual deviant and he is sex craxzed.... REALLY???????????????? Except for the fact that he was a mormon and it was obviously frowned upon as a mormon, I think they were just normal adults with a pretty normal sex life. I guess the defense has to do something with whatever evidence they have but their/his sex just does not seem all of that out of control.


...and I call him daddy.....carry on!

A 2.5" drive is the type of drive used in laptop computers. I'm not sure this is an external drive, per se, or the drive that was simply removed from the laptop.

To be more specific and so people will be able to understand:

The smaller "portable" USB-powered external drives use a 2.5" drive, the same size that is used in a laptop.

The larger "desktop" size (normally not considered portable), are powered by a plug-in 110 power supply and use a 3.5" drive normally found in a desktop computer.

Not trying to sound like the guy on the stand today. I think I got through the explanation quicker than that guy.

That would have been a tad obvious. Unlike the pics Juan slapped down on the overhead for all to see, these pictures were not admitted as evidence and she certainly knows better than to publish (so blatantly) pictures that have not been admitted.

You have really hit the pinacle of the point here . . . . . the Mormon part of his life enveloped so much of TA's entire life. . . . his friends, his business associates, all of the people he chose to interact with, his sales of PPL, his financial obligations, his room mates, his church friends, his neighbors, everyone in his life. . . . . JA held the highest power over him - the ability to tell his whole world the "sins" he was engaging in . . . . with proof!

This is JA's defense -
He would attack her because what she represented was a complete life devastating not only now but in the hereafter. . . .

Compare and contrast the behaviors with JA and his relationship with Lisa . . . .Lisa was angry that TA got out of hand with just kissing - he should have been responsible enough to not have a bioloical reaction . . .

Pre-marital sex is 2nd only to murder in the LDS faith (according to MiMi's testimony I think) . . . . someone previously testfied to that.
