capps,

Burke was 9 years old when JonBenet died. He was 12 years old when he testified in front of the grand jury.
Are there any photographs of a 9 year old Burke online ?

Linda7NJ,

If you go to Crimeshots.com,then choose "Crime News",then scroll down to "Ramsey Family Photos",most of the photos are of JonBenet of course, but there is a photo of Burke in front of the Christmas tree on the morning of 12/25/96.also there is a small group photo of all the kids (including Burke),with Santa from the Ramsey Christmas party on 12/23/96.

Thank you so much!

While looking at the crime scene photos I noticed Burkes bed was made,. Is that the actual pic of his bed that very morning??????????

I believe Fleet White made the bed while John was explaining to Burke what the situation was and that he was going over to the White's.

tipper,

It's possible that Fleet White made Burke's bed, but there has never been a source provided who stated that. Therefore, it's only a rumor.

The photo of Burke's made bed is a crime scene photo taken that morning. It suggests Burke never slept in the bed that night. And Patsy admits Burke never makes his own bed, and the fact that it was made seems unusual to her.

It's important to remember that the morning's events, as told by the Ramseys, are based on a lie that was confirmed by the enhanced 911 call. Burke was downstairs talking to his parents and not upstairs in bed during the 911 call. Thus, nothing else the parents contend happened that night and morning can be relied upon as being the absolute truth.

Burke's Hi-Tec bootprint (verifed by the cops to be his) in the basement, just one foot from JonBenet's body, suggests that for some reason Burke was fully clothed and in the basement that night. Was he dressed to help remove the body to the outside of the house but was thwarted by the surprise dusting of snow that had just fallen? Footprints from the house and back again in the fresh snow would have told the whole story. Thus, we have a "kidnapping" with the victim left in the house and a "ransom note" that doesn't make any sense.

1.The foot print was not verified to be Burks or even made that night. It suggests no such thing except in your head.
2.There are no confirmed lies because there is no enhanced 911 tape.

As for your "personal acquaintance of the White family" well that and a 1.50 will get you a Starbucks Coffe.

Thank you for directing me to Crimeshots, although the pics are disturbing.

I also found the pictures of JonBenet in her "costumes" very disturbing. Who dresses their little girl like that? In one she resembles Marlyn Monroe with a very grown up pout and look. I do not think they pose like that naturally. This is why so many people have issues with PR.
I wonder if peagents are still encouraging kiddies to dress like that!

Simplesimon,

I'm glad you brought up the pageants.
I am not against pageants,I'm sure they can be great fun,for Mom and daughter. But I also know that people running these pageants, realize that some Mom's get carried away.I partly blame the pageant for not having rules.

For instance:

Pageant entrants age group 4-8 yrs. old:
1. No heavy make up.Only light blush and light lip stick allowed.

2. No obvious bleaching or coloring of hair allowed.

3. Costumes are to be age appropriate, and must be approved by committee before hand.

And so forth ....

Maybe if there were some rules and regulations, some of these little girls wouldn't look like a "pedophiles' dream."

I took yesterday off, boy you guys got me scratching me hed, thought this thread was about the Wall Phone.

Ok though, cuz the whole call was a 'lets pretend' activity, and the phone was not totally hung up either, imop.

Yep lotsa funny hats around here lately.

I personally donut know any friends of anyone involved in the crime, nor their financial status. I did meet a lady who has a 'good' friend that was on a softball team with Patsy.

Camper,

Sorry about getting off topic, but misinformation should be bebutted ASAP or the case will get more confusing than it already is.

The Ramsey camp wants the case to be as complicated as possible and they do whatever they can to accomplish that devious goal -- such as callously sending the investigation nationwide looking for a Santa Bear the Ramseys knew all along was stolen by Pam Paugh from the crime scene and then hidden right in their own house.

For some reason,I just can't imagine Patsy on a softball team ... she just doesn't seem the athletic type to me.

FW said he searched the basement and looked in the room earlier in the morning and saw nothing. JBR was found in the same room.

This is where much of JR moved the body that morning started.

So, why do you think that FW would have lied about that? If he opened the door, saw a dead body...why in the world would he not have screamed or something? Unless you think he is the perp?
