Theories On What Happened to Caylee Part #2

Has anyone put forward the idea that maybe KC hit Caylee with the car? AH said Casey said she had found an animal "plastered" to the frame of her car.

if it was somewhere else i haven't seen it and i think it is a great theory.

she would have hit her with the car on an impulse of anger, panicked, put her in the trunk, tried to bury her or freeze her (remember when Casey took the frozen foods over to Tony's -- the frozen chicken and freezer pops? maybe she was emptying out a freezer..) then eventually drove her to ??? to dispose of the body (which is why she needed the extra gas in the cans). and maybe she had a helper who was extorting $$ from her.

I don't think Casey was working as an "escort" in any capacity after looking at everything. I believe it was only connected because of the owner of Ultra Fusian Lounge.

There would be decomp in the freezer and noticed by LE when they searched. I find it very unlikely when the dogs hit on the backyard and the trunk.

Speaking of food coming from the freezer, how did it stay cold for so long? Wouldn't GA have been home at that time when she was raiding their freezer? They keep claiming to have only seen her the one time she came back and he got the gas cans from her...yet we keep hearing about her being at the house repeatedly.

I think the argument with Cindy started it all. I think Casey left with Caylee and came back the next day. I think they left again and returned after George went to work. I think that Caylee made some comment about she misses Cee Cee and Casey had a little tantrum and either shook her or pushed her down. I think Casey came back down within a few seconds but it was too late. I think that her remains will show head trauma.

Three rules in life seem to remain constant. Occam's razor, follow the money, and feces rolls downhill. I think #3 made Caylee pay the ultimate price.

I think Casey premeditated the murder, and it was done with chloroform - the fact that she didn't take Caylee's clothes indicates premeditation, and the chloroform speaks for itself.

Charge her with murder 1.

Perhaps Cindy obtained the chloroform from work sources,
and George used it to clean the Pontiac ??

That would also be an attempt to protect their, "Princess," and get rid of the evidence. LA mentioned how his Dad detailed the cars, and was a fanatic about them, so he would know what 2 use ? JMO

I believe Casey was working as a "daytime call girl" during the time she was supposedly going to her day job and leaving Caylee with her "pimp" thinking she was safe.
The pimp either killed the child or there was a terrible accident and he put the body in Casey's trunk unbeknownst to her while she was out with a client.
The "pimp" disappeared, Casey returned and found that he and Caylee were gone.
He left a note saying that he'd had an emergency and would be back in a few days and not to worry about Caylee because he had her with him.

Casey believes him so she goes out with friends and parties the night away. Casey found out she didn't even know his real name and was unable to locate him or even truly identify him.

She didn't know what had happened to Caylee until she smelled the odor coming from her trunk.
She panicked, did something with the body and used chloroform to try to eradicate the smell in the trunk.
She won't confess because she'd have to admit what she had been doing and is possibly protecting some high profile clients.

Well, that's very possible. She was obviously doing something that no one else was aware of. She was very, very secretive which makes me think she was involved deeply in something illegal.

I also have a feeling that GA used the chloroform after the car came back. I don't think the flies and maggots would have been alive if there was chloroform in the car before that. I wish they would say when the internet searches were, though.

After hearing more audio tapes on Nancy Grace's show tonight, I think I have a theory. But, I may have posted one before. I can't remember. But here goes:
There seems to be a pattern of Casey complaining and whinning about Cindy's treatment of her. The constantly putting down of Casey by Cindy. Mom seems to always be throwing Casey's mistakes in her face and telling her she's a bad mother, lazy, a thief, and other things that become a form of verbal abuse for Casey. I don't think she's an angel but I believe Casey is very much affected by what her mother, Cindy thinks of her.
Because of that I think we find Casey being very truthful when she tell LE that she feared her mothers reaction to Caylee's disappearance more than the fact Caylee is missing.
I think Caylee is dead. And it was an accident. Most likey with the pool. On the day she placed a flurry of phone calls to her parents. Casey was reacting to the accident and needed her parents. When they didn't respond, she began to realize how much pain she already felt about the accident, which she caused by not paying attention to her daugher around the pool. She had even more realization of how her mother would treat her. She could not face that pain of her mother being able to say "I told you so. I told you you are a terrible mothers." Cindy would never show any compassion for Casey and how she felt about the accident.
So, to protect herself Casey decided to hide the accident. It wasn't something she completely planned out or thought how to handle in the future. Casey just reacted to the moment, was probably in shock from having her daughter die and could not face her parent's wrath of being so irresponsible with her own little girl.
She decided to hide the body and get away from her parents. I think she had Caylee's body in her car as she traveled around trying to think of how to get rid of a body.
I believe Casey wanted to dump her daugher's body far away from the place she lived with her mom and dad and the people she hung out with. That's the reason for all the gas cans. She needed fuel and didn't want to stop for gasoline and possibly have her daughter's body seen by anyone.
However, she could not go through with the plan. And instead Caylee's body was placed in the dumpster where she left the car that was suppose to have run out of gas.
Now some of you may wonder about the choloform. I think Casey used it to try to get rid of the smell in the car. That, did not work and that's why she left the car, hoping it would be stolen.
How could Casey go on with life, partying and having fun with her friends? Easily, she was in shock and wanted to put all of what happened, the accident, Caylee's death, the time with the body in the car trying to figure out what to do with the body and the over all terrible dread she was feeling about how her parents, especially her mother, would react. Each day following her daughter's death must have been pure hell for her. And, as a defense for her mental well being, Casey did what she could to put the entire mess out of her mind. However, when she slept at night the nighmares came.
I believe, from my own personal experience, that we form opinions about ourself from the people close to us.
Casey was constantly being belittled by her mother. That type of abuse made her the insecure, lying person she was. She had such a low opinion of herself that doing bad things or being dishonest was part of who she believe she was.
I didn't mean to paint Casey with the pity bush, but I think Cindy is the root of all of Casey devient behavior. No one can endure the constant put down that Cindy, and perhaps George too, reaped upon that girl. Casey is obviously very immature and although she appears cold hearted, I believe she is in serious mental failure from the accident and her decision to hide the death of Caylee and get rid of her body and being fearful of her mother's reaction that makes her keep her secret and appear to be so uninvolved.
That's how I see it.

I have read the computer forensics report and it confirmed what I have thought all along. Casey began searching on the internet for anyone with the name of Zanaida on the 16th. She had been calling the nanny zanny because she was using xanex to put caylee to sleep, when she overdosed Caylee and she died thats where her story that Zanny took her was born. Because technically in KC's mind its true because the xanex or Zanny (which in essence was the nanny: i.e. it kept Caylee asleep while she partied harty) killed her. Now I dont know if this scenario is true though it makes sense to me, but one thing is for sure she was looking up the name zanaida so she could give zanny the nanny a real name. Does anyone else think that this might be significant in pinpointing the date of Caylee's death?

This whole case is so crazy that I think anything is possible! I've wondered if she found the "beba" zanny on the internet and maybe suggested to her (via myspace) that there were units available at the sawgrass. CRAZY! I know.

The other thing I've wondered a lot about, given that she seems to have pilfered a lot of fake names from her high school alumni - is if she tried to look up the Zenaida that was in her own "graduating" class.

Very possible she died on the 16th. It would explain her backing her car into the garage the next day on 17th because she had a deceased Caylee in the trunk who had died there while "being babysat by zani"

I don't think anything like this was going on because except for some of the day time hours, KC's whereabouts were pretty well tracked by her parade of friends and her parents, in the last few months AND, if she was getting money from escorting, she'd be making alot. They do make a good amount of money. Around $2,000.00 a "date" or so, from what I have read. So why would she be stealing so much money from evryone else? $45,000.00 from her mom, money from Amy, from her brother, from her brother's friend, her grandparents, etc. Plus, she had so many boyfriends! One would think if she was heavily involved in escorting, for example, she would not have the time to date. I think this story is crazy and sordid enough as it is and while anything is possible with a nut like KC, I don't think it is more involved than a sociopathic girl who did not want to be tied down by her kid and controlled by mom, but needed her mom's support because she could not hold down a job or would not. She is a thief, a liar and an immature person who did not want to parent, so when all her theiving, lying and child neglect caught up to her, she made her baby go "missing"in a way that she thought would make her be seen as a victim, rather than as the bad guy. Sordid and complicated enough to me!

Part 1:

The person I think who knows more than anyone is Cindy's therapist.
Once those records are subpoena'd, more will be revealed.

I think Cindy was getting advice from the therapist, telling her - Cindy - to take actions that she normally wouldn't have done.... i.e. make Casey responsible for stealing, lying, neglecting her child. Kick her out of the house. Press charges for stealing Cindy's parent's money. Obtain custody of Caylee.

When Cindy told KC what her plans were, KC went berserk and threatened to take Caylee and never let Cindy see her granddaughter again.

Anger--->Threats---> Verbal abuse --->Physical Altercation

Cindy may have continued to see the therapist after Caylee and Casey left. From her post at her Myspace July 3rd, Cindy was obviously very distraught. The therapist is prolly the one that first called Casey a sociopath and then Cindy repeated it to Casey's friend(s).

The therapist prolly advised Cindy to call 911 and have Casey arrested and when she did, felt so uncomfortable and guilty for doing so, as she had never made Casey be responsible for her actions in the past. (Remember what the teacher said about Cindy showing up at school, etc.)

Cindy then immediately went back to her own way of thinking and doing things, re Casey's behavior, lies, threats, etc..... without the therapist's help/advice. Thus the drastic change in her demeaner immediately after the 3rd 911 call.

Since there are confidentiality laws, the therapist can not give any info re what he/she knows about the case... unless the records are subpoened.

I remember this post. It was a good one then and it is a good one now.

They can subpoena them but the therapist does not have to release them. Confidentiality still prevails even in the face of a subpoena. I think CA would have to sign a release and she won't.
