misheley, I hadn't seen that picture before, or if I had I hadn't paid attention to it.

Is that a camera on that light pole and is that light pole the one near where Caylee was found?

Huh, interesting.

I also found that interesting. Could they have caught footage of her leaving Caylee there?

I did not see these pics until today. However, I have been going back to one year ago threads, reading and tagging. During reading one of those threads it was mentioned about camera's being put up on Hopespring Dr. At the time of reading the thread I was thinking of the web cam camera that they had on the A's house. This photo brings up a whole new meaning of putting up cameras. Thanks for this.

Sdavidson11, now that you reminded me I do remember that being discussed. Would you happen to remember which thread you saw that on? I am just curious as to when that camera was installed. That could very well be the camera that was discussed as being installed back then, prior to the discovery of Caylee.

I also found that interesting. Could they have caught footage of her leaving Caylee there?

I had considered that when I saw the picture milliac. I would think that the State would have already disclosed that they had footage of her redhanded if they had it. KWIM?

I think Sdavidson11's is probably on track with it possibly being the camera that was discussed being installed prior to the discovery.

It's still very interesting to me.

ETA: I realized we veered off topic in a way discussing this, I'm sorry.

It's possible that along with the heart sticker symbolic KC left something with that baby. Something that would explain why the defense is so upset about the crime scene being disturbed. Something that would refute all their bullcrap...or at least KC's...though we already have a dead body in the trunk...and a mother who could care less...I hope they nail KC to the wall.

Well, I doubt it, but the "missing shamrock lanyard" would be a nice touch. It would directly connect KC to the crime scene since it had only been either in the home or her car.

I was under the impression that all documents have now been released to the defense, and the only thing we haven't seen yet is the 40 page entomology report. Could they still be holding onto something else? I did see discussion before that they don't have to release information still being investigated. How long does it take for these labs to do this additional testing, like one poster said about the swabs?

  • #425
From what I understand, the defense can "investigate" any portion of the discovery they've been delivered for as long as they like, up until trial. In this case, Sunshine Law may simply indicate what the defense has decided not to withhold from the media.

I am wondering were these cameras put out after Caylee was discovered or before?

Looking at them it seems they were put there recently to secure the crime scene when it was being processed, if they were there before then I'd surmise they were targetted towards the school.

I'd give anything though to see KC's car on video with her accessing the trunk and tossing a package into the woods. We can all dream eh?

Is there any way we can determine the exact location of this street light/camera?

When the protesters where at the A's, the OCSO installed cameras on the light posts outside of their house.

Perfect! Also I would like to hear all the tapes from the listening devices planted in the home :woohoo:

The pic of these cams has vanished. Poof - no trace of it anywhere. Searched all kinds of variations on google images, ran searches on the internet for photos released 2/18 which was the date noted on these pics and...to no avail, they're gone. So you guys saw em...let's hope they were valuable in showing the perp.

Is there any way we can determine the exact location of this street light/camera?

And there are also now a permanent set of eyes on the Anthony's home.

The Orange County Sheriffs office told neighbors Tuesday they installed a surveillance camera on Hopespring Drive. It’s on a light pole and gives a bird’s eye view of the Anthony home. The HOA president said he was told it will allow deputies to record activities in front of the Anthony’s home if there are any more problems. It will also let them know if and when they need to dispatch deputies to Hopespring Drive.

bump!

Certainly today's evidence of the syringe/Gatoraid bottle and the coffin/blow-flies goes a long way for some in providing what many of us were looking for as smoking gun material.

Do you think these both satisfy that need? And is there anything else you feel we haven't seen that would seal the deal?

I didn't know you were a psychic Cecy.
Syringe + Gatorade bottle + chloroform if linked to KC = Smoking gun. Or the less preferrable "Bombshell Tonite." The Bombshell from Nancy Grace always makes me feel as though I should seek shelter though.

i think finger prints!!!.....are to come

The cams are so they can apprehend anyone who tries to inflict their own justice...hmmm - there's plenty. Hoping and praying someone takes away their entitlement ticket.

Yup, yup. I read about the syringe w/ chloroform and the "bug" evidence and that nailed it for me. I am a person with a strong stomach who has heard it all, but when I read those two things, I couldn't finish my cereal. Sorry I missed the news yesterday (I'm preparing to host my side of the family in a few hours here for our Thanksgiving... two turkeys and a bunch of other stuff I've been cooking and prepping forever.)

Hope this evidence does the trick for the jury.

Great thread, thanks!

This may be a bit O/T but can you imagine the prosecutor bringing in a toddler-size mannequin to visually demonstrate the manner (layered) in which the duct tape was found to be applied to little Caylee Marie Anthony's mouth and nose per the testimony/findings of the medical examiner? Seriously I don't know if this kind of a demonstration would be allowed but dressed in an outfit similar to what was recovered with the remains (shorts and a tee shirt and NO SHOES) it could be very helpful/effective. Either way, we know they have pictures that can/will be used as well as Caylee's actuall skull though I don't know if they would actually bring that (the skull) into the courtroom.

Thoughts anyone?

I could see the SA using a computer to demostrate how the duct tape could have been placed on a skull, but the defense would be screaming objection from the top of their lungs if the SA tried to bring in a Caylee look-a-like doll into the courtroom wearing shorts and a tee shirt.

A demostration wouldn't be considered fact just theory by Judge Strickland. With that said, I hope I am wrong and Judge Strickland allows the state to do whatever they want to put KC in a comfy cell on death row.

I wonder if Dominic Casey could be one...just curious. What if the state is making a deal with him right now? I have no knowledge that this could be the case...none.

You might not have knowledge of it, but it's a great idea to think D. Casey could provide something that would lock it all in place. With that, I would hope he could further point out an involvement by Cindy and George trying to hide evidence.
Lately it hasn't been enough for me to feel that Casey is going to pay for Caylee's death but I'm really wanting some type of charges against her parents too. Their constant tv appearances and whinning about not being able to visit their daughter has been bothering me very much.
I'm hoping for a two fisted smoking gun.
