Theories On What Happened to Caylee Part #7

^^I agree with you,^^ but it sure is hard to think about. I cannot imagine a mother standing by and watching her baby die this way (even knowing they do) - she has such a cold, hard heart.

I'm looking forward to the jury hearing all these things about her come May.

Sooooo........last night I was watching law and order and they said something that clicked in my brain. Narcissists turn to violence when things dont go their way. It sends them into a rage. I was thinking about what could possibly have set Miss anthony off. As far as the night of the June 15th. I always wondered why Cindy had such a case about her receipts. I think the argument they had may have been over maybe cindy finding tickets to pr charged to her credit cards and that was the fight they had. Not about her gp's money but the fact that maybe cindy stumbled upon something having to do with her plan to go to pr. Where are u getting the money/ Who is gonna take care of caylee while your galavanting on an island. I believe Lees comment, that no one can find but many believe exists, about is this like before, was a reference to casey taking caylee away before cuz she didnt get what she wanted. I believe that night cindy truly threatened casey with taking her little money maker away, her reason for getting away with everything. I can see cindy saying something like, you are gonna stay here and be a responsible mother even if i have to duct tape your butt to the house to keep u here. And casey could not have that. That day I believe she waited for george to leave to work and caylee did something to remind her that she wasnt going anywhere and that she had to stay right there cuz grandma said so and she lost it and killed her right there in the house after george left and before tonys. right on the bed probably. She duct taped her till she couldnt breathe. grabbed all the bags . grabbed caylee with her blanket and put her right into the bags and right into her trunk. I believe the flurry of calls to her parents were a last ditch attempt to drop caylee off for a few hours but because of the blow up the night before no one was in the mood to speak to the irresponsible thieving casey, I really believe that cindys intention was to try and take caylee from casey hence her odd statement that AZlawyer uses as her siggy about not wanting her child alive out there with someone else. So she got angry and did what she did. The duct tape is a personal message imo. Only the anthony's know exactly what it means. The fact that there were no shoes at the scene leads me to believe that it was done at home also. George, i do not believe, saw them leave that day. all imo!!

I don't think the gas can incident happened either. I think he called the police when he got a whiff of that car and reported gas can theft hoping they would open her trunk. In the meanwhile, she left.

I mean ive always believed that the timer55 thing was a countdown to pr. It was important enough of a date for her to have a countdown to it. Kind of another important event in her life. I havent seen her in 31 days. They didnt want to believe that casey was capable of taking their sunshine away permanently to get what she wanted but something happened on the third of july that prompted that thought to change. Cindy basically admitted in that post that she knew that casey had no money and lied constantly. Hello cindy you just said it. She had to have known she didnt have a job. And furthermore do we have any proof that cindy went to universal looking for caylee or just her word that she went to look for her. I think something was found out that day that made cindy significantly worried, and it wasnt casey not showing up to exchange caylee.

Well from his actions, he certainly wasn't after the tire wedges, or KC handing over the gas cans would not have been enough for him to leave her alone. (apparently it was because I never remember hearing that he actually did get the tire wedges from KC or that there were even in the car when LE impounded it). So, I believe he at least lied to KC about the tire wedges but he either believed she had the gas cans in the trunk or he was curious about something else in her trunk. If the gas can incident happened on the 24th, that would have been approximately 8 days after death and 5 or 6 after the body was removed from KC's trunk. I think the decomp smell would have been in full force by that time - although I haven't researched this issue.

And, that may explain his phone call to Lee on July 15....ICA's sort of in trouble, we found the car.

he does have a police report for the theft. But there is soo much more to this story with the gas cans. i feel it. but with a bunch of lies that come from this family who can know for sure. I find it odd that in the whole time casey was "missing" there wasnt more of a panic from george to stop her and demand some answers as to where she has been and where caylee has been for almost two weeks at that time. They knew she didnt have a job. Im sorry I dont care what they, say they knew. Also tl helped casey break into the shed, right? He doesnt mention a smell in caseys car either and that was on the 23rd IIRC. Why did she break in? i think she had a key that was either lost by her or taken away by the anthony's. I just dont believe that if george knew it was casey that did it, he wouldve called the cops. He spoke with cindy about it and she wouldve never allowed him to do that to casey. The only time she was threatened with the cops was when she failed to take them to caylee.

IIRC, that wasn't the first time she had stolen the gas cans. GA had changed the lock on the shed so whoever was doing it, would have trouble doing it the next time. I don't see where this is going. She was known for using gas cans because she had no money for gas. She probably had a little scam going whenever she got low to ask for gas claiming she was low or had run out. It's done in the Walmart parking lots all the time. People take pity on you, go and get you gas and it goes in the car. Wouldn't surprise me one bit.

FWIW, I think Caylee was in that trunk that day and that's why KC wouldn't let him him get too near the trunk. She insisted on getting them for him and she scurried to get them out of there before he got too close to the car. I've even suspected she may have had plans to burn the car to destroy the evidence and support her kidnapping story but it never came to fruition.

I just don't understand how if the smell was already so bad by the 19th or the 24th when George more than likely smelled it to how Casey's clothes, hair or anything she may have carried would not have reeked of the smell as well. She was around alot of people and none have mentioned any odd or bad smell. That is my big question. How did the smell not get into her hair or clothes or belongings she may have been carrying in the car. Anyone?

I have always wondered about the one missing front tooth that was never recovered. I wonder if she tried to bite into the tape while still alive struggling to get free. I think Caylee went through more trauma than any one of us can imagine. I don't think it was a one step process for the Inmate Anthony. I think a portion of the trauma was eliminated by time and elements. I think Caylee received wrath that had built up in Inmate Anthony for a long period of time. I think in her Sociopathic mind she not only killed Caylee that day but her mother, father and anyone else she felt had "wronged" er or was responsible for her not having the life she wanted. In that moment of death one precious baby died but in Inmate Anthony's mind it was a mass murder. JMO

I totally agree with the theory that
1) Caylee was murdered 6/16 but I think it was with Chorolform. (air sample analysis and prior searches)
2) Caylee was not placed into bags until the 17 or 18
3) On the 17th - the shovel incident was her first attempt to solve the problem. It didn't work out (too much work, dogs going nuts, who knows) Body may have been place on the ground at this time.
4) Body may have been bagged on this day - again probably thinking this would give her more time.
5) Returns on the 18th - maybe at this time she did the final bagging and dropped the remains off on the 18th
Why didn't anyone notice the smell between the 18th and the day the car was found in the tow yard. I think she cleaned the car very well. Remember her text to TL about having washed his car. She doesn't seem like the kind of girl to go to extra work to impress a boy. I kind of think it's related some how, I just don't know exactly how. But I think the car was cleaned taking most of the decomp out. But as the days go on the car still starts to smell, remember the squirrel , remember the air freshener sheets and deodorant. So I don't think the car was reeking enough to saturate her and her clothes or to be smelled from outside of the car. But once that car was closed up in the tow yard in the Florida sun in July. Watch out it really started cooking.

I have always wondered if Caylee did die that Sunday in the pool or around it at some time before/during/after the big fight Casey and Cindy had.
May someone did try to resuscitated Caylee. Could of been by Casey (and maybe even Cindy), could be why the the dogs hit in the yard. At some point a dead Caylee was out there. Maybe Casey drugged her and left her there after the fight, maybe hid her in the play house and when she returned she was already dead?

Then was put in the deep freezer in the garage. It also make me think of when Casey told Cindy "What do you mean you don't know what is going on". Something to that effect. I have always felt that Cindy knew some or all that happen to Caylee, and maybe she was the one that came up with the so called script. Just a theory.. I know she sounded frantic on the 911 call, but who's to say she is not a great actress? It took 3 calls to 911 and I found that odd as well.

Maybe Casey took everything out of the freezer in the garage put Caylee in the freezer and came back a few days later and took her out after she thought over what she was going to do. Could be why she backed into the garage. Maybe after that she drove with Caylee in the car a few days and when she noticed the smell that is when she just dumped Caylee near the house? Could of been the day she text Amy about getting rid of the dead squirrel.
I also wondered why she had all the frozen food + bags from her house in her hands when Tony picked her up. Or am I dreaming I read that? It's been so long ago. My point is if Caylee was frozen a day or two it could of slowed down her decomposition and Casey may not of noticed the smell until Caylee was defrosted. :sick: Sorry don't mean to sound so graphic and sick. Poor Caylee.. May she RIP and Justice be served!

I could never figure out why he would make a report about stolen gas cans but not a report on a missing grand-baby. Heck Casey went to the house and he didn't notice that Caylee was not with her? I also think he freezer was used. Perhaps the shovel was used to pry her little frozen body from the freezer and used as a lever of sorts. I would imagine a frozen body is quite heavy. I have always believed Caylee defrosted in that trunck because of the way the carpet in the trunk looked "weighed down" where the body had been. IMO the carpet was directly affected by a frozen item (Caylee).
Hence the odor was somewhat delayed until it became unbearable.

I get what you're saying and I can see CA being willing to lie to LE to protect KC and the family. But the type of person CA is, she can't keep her mouth shut to save her life. She would have unintensionally spilled the beans in a matter of days by her incessant need to talk. She thinks she is smarter than everyone else so she'd have kept talking. And she'd have tripped herself up.

Now GA, that's a different story. I have come to really wonder just how much GA knew and when did he know it? GA....there is something off there. You know what just popped into my head? That jail visitation where KC is telling her parents that she (KC) is a lot like her mother, but that GA - he's the quiet one in the family. He's the one that says little, thinks about every word before he speaks (this is not word for word, but that is the gist of what was said). Remember that? My gosh, I think I should revisit some early videos and interviews as 3 years later, it sure is a different perspective. I'll see if I can find that visitation and bring it back.

IA. And the heart sticker...that was another message to CA. I imagine that Caylee, CA and KC were all present one day when KC? was working on a scrap book or something. CA takes a heart sticker and puts it on Caylee's lips, and says something like "I'll give my heart to my favorite girl".....of course meaning to injure KC. It sticks with KC, it simmers until the day she killed Caylee.......hence the sticker on Caylee's mouth. Like KC was saying, "here mom...remember this!". That sticker leads me to believe that she was killed in the house, probably in the room where the stickers were, she saw it, remembered, and impulsively stuck it on Caylee's face.

After this past hearing and all the posts on the stain, etc., I cannot imagine what this child went through - but I have a feeling if we were to be looking at KC perform this crime, we would be horrified. I just think it was a LOT worse than we all imagine. Or at least than I imagined. I don't know how much chloroform she used, but it was quite a bit. That in itself has to be horrible, if you are sitting in your seat and your mother puts this facecloth of chloroform over your face. It has to be horrible. Has to be.


The fact that she could do this and laugh in the courtroom and mouth thank you to her mother (for lying for her) tells me she is a true sociopath and imo she would kill again, especially if she got off with this.

Ok now I am waffling again MADJGNLAW. lol I am listening to AL's interview with LE in July 08. He recounts how CA did not mention Caylee at all when she showed up to get KC on July 15th. The only thing she said to him was that she hopes he has lots of money b/c KC is going to take it and leave him high and dry. Putting myself in CA's shoes, I KNOW I would have said, "have you guys seen Caylee lately?" or something along those lines. Very odd.
