Theories On What Happened to Caylee Part #7

According to my DH the chemistry master, chlorine as from a public pool (and we know the A's used organic materials in their home pool) would never morph into chloroform even in the trunk of a car in Florida in the summer. FWIW.

Thank you for that yndi - I haven't yet had time to look up the stats on the chloroform in the trunk - but I gather the amounts registered off the charts compared to what it would have been if it had been a "normal use" occurrence I'm hoping someone who knows comes along and reminds us. Hint, hint - oh thinktannnkkkk.......

According to DH, chloroform is a molecule that can decompose into chlorine, but chlorine is an element that needs additives to become chloroform. So Caylee being exposed to chlorine as in a public pool, and then laid in the trunk (so so sorry Caylee!) would NOT explain the chloroform registered in the trunk.

Does that help or further muddify things?

That was weird wasn't it? I always wonder what the root cause of a "lie" is - what made him say that particular thing?

Maybe he looked at the TV guide to see what was on at the time he was trying to account for, and he chose a cooking show because it somehow seemed 'right', and the reason it seemed so oddly 'right' was that he was lying about the same thing as Peterson so famously had.

Not sure this has already been mentioned but seeing the picture of Caylee with the T-shirt on it looked as if she was ready for bed. This may have been a night shirt for Caylee and if this is true the fact that it appears the only thing Caylee was wearing was the T-shirt and a diaper. The shorts look in good condition so she may not have had them on and no shoes. No shoes tells me Caylee had been in bed. If Caylee died in KC's room the night of the 15th KC would not have bothered to put shoes on her when she removed her from the house, just what she was wearing.

I think GA does not remember seeing them or is confused about the day. In GA's depo he said Cindy saw Caylee that morning. CA claims she did not. So it sounds like they are talking about two different days.

Also GA did not REMEMBER what Caylee was wearing, KC told him. KC would have had to tell the police what Caylee was wearing the last time she saw her. He does not remember seeing it, he remembers hearing it. jmo

BBM Excellent points! That's a new theory to ponder, interesting!

I've always had a hard time believing that ICA would stick around after a big blow out, choking scene with CA that evening. I see her leaving in a rage and taking Caylee. Something I had never thought about before was what if she did leave w/ Caylee that night, murdered her, put her in the trunk and later went back home and told CA and GA that she was with a friend so they can't see her and ICA is moving out (still in a rage). CA maybe threatened her that she had X amount of time to return Caylee...(later states 'I've already given you 30 days') George never saw Caylee in the morning, ICA packed stuff in her backpack and left in the morning (after being awake all night)...never to be seen until July 15th.
Maybe she returned home that night because she was freaked out by what she had done out of anger and had half a thought of telling her parents, but changed her mind and ran?
Just another theory.

He also said her fed her breakfast and walked out to the car with Casey and Caylee. All of these details could be from another day I suppose. We know Casey was back at the Anthony home early that afternoon till about 4:30. To me the clothes look like normal little girls play clothes. I think it's more likely she could have been taking a nap or just awoke from one. Surely she wouldn't still be wearing the same clothes a month later. Just standard procedure for LE to ask. Even if we discount George's account there is still the computer guy that saw Casey and Caylee at walmart. I know it's a short window of time that afternoon at the A's home but it was more than enough to murder a child, accident or sedating her and putting her in a trunk. I think when George and Cindy ignored her calls she saw red.

All excellent points!! I have often thought that since Caylee (Bless), went swimming with Grandma in the pool that weekend, that she may have wanted to take a dip and KC just did not watch her, she drowned, KC freaked, and duct taped her to make it look like someone else was responsible for her demise. But then again, why not admit it? 3 years in jail........I understand the fear and control CA had over her, but 3 years in jail and the zanny story, maybe my mind can't go to the evilness that happened that day.........I do still think it was an accident by ICA's neglect. The horrific situation she created by placing her child in the trunk to deal with later, is IMO a mental situation, a state of mind that she was in at the time of realizing her child died because of her inaction. An elaborate plan to make it look like a kidnapping: We have evidence that she most surely touched her after the fact, Oh My what to do? MOO

I believe that KC, in a fit of rage at CA, killed Caylee on the night of the 15th. CA had her hands around KC's neck, but she didn't squeeze long enough. KC may have done the same to Caylee, with her hands around Caylee's tiny neck. Maybe she applied the duct tape while Caylee was unconscious. I don't think KC would have had any concern about saving Caylee any final moments of horror. The heart sticker might have added that little extra "personal touch". Perhaps she put Caylee's body in her playhouse for a bit, while she searched for items needed for the "disposal". I think that KC may have often wished that CA was dead, but she decided that this would be even worse for CA, to live without Caylee, to know it was her punishment. KC then had CA lying and trying to hide the truth about how Caylee died. CA was certainly in "denial", but it was not that she didn't believe KC killed Caylee. CA was in "denial" against anyone who suspected KC, and she promoted the "live" story to protect KC. When KC disappeared with Caylee after that big fight, CA was worried. KC had probably threatened more than once to leave with Caylee, who became a pawn between these two angry females. CA had more to lose, feels so guilty over Caylee's death, and will continue with her angry denials. On the other hand, KC does not mourn Caylee, she is proud, smug and loving all the attention she missed while Caylee was alive.
GA and CA went from grief-stricken to angry grandparents, then on to "fund raising" scam-parents.

IMO

I believe Caylee died on the night of June 15, not June 16, because that is the date you get when you count back 31 days from July 15, and 31 days was a consistent claim made by KC.

I agree I think she died on the 15th in the home after the fight, I believe LE thinks she died on the 15th too.

When you give that many details about something that happened a month previously, it's just about certain you are lying, unless one has eidetic memory of course.
There should have been no reason for George to have remembered her clothes etc. someone should have asked George what she was wearing the Friday and Saturday before she went missing too...I'm sure his answer would have been..Umm..abb..ur....hmm...hum...duh???

ICA and GA are very much alike when lying. They add details to sound more believable. Why not say "I was watching tv. It was a month ago ,so I don't remember which show."? Because that's not good enough,By adding a specific detail ICA and GA thinks it sounds more credible.
I can't remember what I was watching when my DD left yesterday. Not sure I remember what she was wearing, either :waitasec: For most people mundane details like that don't stick with us,unless there is an added factor.
Cooking shows are on cable 24/7.Safe bet?

Problem for GA is this particular cooking show was not scheduled to be on during that week at 1pm. So another mistruth. jmo

However it happened, there are 2 things I strongly believe:
1. It happened on the night of the 15th
2. George never saw Caylee on the 16th.

I always found it revealing how he later adds the breakfast story the morning of the 16th. First he saw them both around 12:50 when they came out of the bedroom to leave ...but later..oh yeah, I had breakfast with Caylee that morning. :banghead:

In the interview GA did after just leaving the jail and just visiting with ICA, Orlando Selinas asked GA if ICA was wearing shackles. He said yeah. Orly then asked, "Were they pink?" GA said he didn't remember. I thought at first this was a frivolous question, then one day (as it happens so often in this case) I saw the video and said, "OH!!!!"

Mark time 1:07

Another note: Unless George is speaking to Lilliputians, he avoids eye contact with reporters. He knew! This video alone could have its own thread.

The problem with the computer guy at Walmart I believe is he said he saw Caylee lagging behind and KC ignoring her and trying to push the door, but the doors are "automatic" as you step close to them, so it does not ring true.

I would also like to know how they justify earliest remarks that Casey and Caylee had left the house to go and bond. Nothing about work, they left the house, were moving out, vacay, bonding...I think it is safe to say that we can not believe a word that comes out of their mouths.

I think Brittany tells LE that Cindy told her she watched KC come to the house and leave (knowing she was coming and going and wanted to see for herself) - anyone know anything about this.
