I haven't been on WS a lot lately, but what is with the third party cookies boxes? They are everywhere now and I have no idea what I now can't view but it's so frustrating I'm just going to other websites and news sites to read about cases now.

I'm not going to accept cookies, there are just way too many risks online nowadays and I don't like the idea of tracking on a website like this.

Is this permanent?

T/DR; - I'm trying to find a way to make embeds work without this added cookie-disclosure.

I enabled "consent mode" which is a special mechanism for Google Analytics that basically tells them that any telemetry-data was given at the expressed-consent of our users. This gives you more control over what data you choose to share. But, that's a double-edged sword. YouTube embeds will not work without granting that consent.

I'm told there's a sneaky workaround, but so far I haven't been able to get it to work. I'm still working on it. I can just turn "consent-mode" off, but that just means you'll be accepting cookies without being asked, first. I don't want that for you, so I hope you'll be patient while I get it working.

Thank you so much Fraize, I really appreciate what you are doing and for explaining it. And also for protecting our data :)
