Can people call in using Skype?

Yes they can but they have to have phone number dialing capabilities. I think it's like 10 bucks a month to use Skype like a regular phone.

Not sure why you were cutting out, but you were the only one cuttung out. I believe toward the end you thought it may be your internet connection? The computer you were on?
