I laughed the whole way through this. I am not as forgiving has Evan's friend. I would be pressing charges for the stolen phone AND I would print out every single e-mail sent to them and by them to me or anyone else and I would sue them for harrassment. I might not get any money out of them, but I would push to make sure they got :behindbar time. :loser: :loser: :loser: :loser: All of that little 'gang'.

I think it's resolved. The girl supposedly got arrested and Evan is trying to sell the Sidekick on eBay and give the proceeds to children's charity. But there's some stories about how eBay has screwed him over and some story about the winning bidder being fake etc etc.
