KT - I think these are her initials (the friend that KC grew up with who said CA didnt like hispanic people). Am I correct in remembering that it was never verified that she spoke with a KW instead of KC? She said that KC called from a different number. Do we know if the number that she gave the police was on any of the cell phone records that were obtained?

I am just wondering because she seemed very positive about the date of 7/9and that she heard Caylee in the bakcground. I know that she recanted that and said it was a different person(KW)...but it seems that maybe her boyfriend told her to stay out of it or something. JG was also positive (just not 100% certain if asked in court) that he heard Caylee on 6/24...

Yes, when you see this thread mentioned in some of the other ones...we sound like crazy people...LOL...that's okay, I've been called worse. Anyway, I think we will be forever called the Caylee is Alive Crew. I, for one would take honor in being a part of such a crew.

CaliMama...welcome. I think KT or KIO are probably both okay. Most in here would recognize either. Your question is a very good one. I know that there was definitely confusion over that phone call. I could have missed it, but I haven't seen anywhere that it has been addressed lately with any conclusion. Maybe I'll do some cross checking tonight and see what I can find out. I believe it to be important, there has just been so many things to keep up with that I kinda let it go to the wayside. Maybe someone will read our posts and add something to help us put this small portion of a big puzzle together...again, welcome and don't be scared. Sometimes it takes hard questions and great challenges to motivate us to finding really good answers. Now, let's all pull together and bring Caylee Marie Anthony home! Yeah! I personally believe that it came from CSI because of its evaporative nature would have to be put there near the time of the air sample taken to obtain a large amount in the sample..

Exactly.. So I will not believe it until they provide the actual reports.. And even if she was searching for chloroform on her computer, I honestly DO NOT believe she used it to harm Caylee...

I mean did LE ever check people on this flight to even try to confirm her story? Never did hear much after her reporting it.

I dont think that Casey told her anything that we havent already heard.. I really dont.. Why this woman?? Why not her lawyer (well, actually we dont know if she told him anything).. But seriously, I do not believe it.. I just dont really understand why she would get a lawyer, but considering the way those protestors act, and the media acts, towards anyone who shows any sort of kindness to the family, you just never know.. People hated LP when he bailed Casey out (I still cant stand him, as some of you know!) The media was on top of him then (and Nancy Grace is all for him now)..Maybe the female bt thought people were going to hate her?

FYI- I found her to be very credible, honest and genuine.

I did too. She was so elaborate and described things no one else would know. I have had a weird feeling about this in that I believe it to be very credible. Unclear why it was not taken more seriously. Sorry if this topic is not supposed to be talked about on this thread! Let me know and I will delete. Thanks!

I think that she may know why KC is not telling anyone where Caylee really is and who has her. And she may believe that there is good reason to keep Caylee hidden in order to keep her safe?

Hope Caylee is safe... I have always believed she is with someone else and obviously, Casey had a part in it, and that she was not abducted.

They decided it wasn't credible. Said there weren't any kids on the flight close in age to Caylee.

Maybe it was kc and she just used a different last name? Didnt KT say she wanted to borrow $250? That seems to be a common amount for kc. She wrote a check for cash from AH's account for $250. She stole $250 from JG.

I wish they could have gotten those phone records. I bet it was kc that called her.

I hope she is safe too! I don't understand Casey, I think that, from what we see, she is not a good person (mentally)..But I just dont know about her harming her child.. The pictures of her and Caylee, the videos, the cupid.com profile, it reminds me of me and my daughter.. I love mine so much, I would never lay a hand on her.. So maybe that's why I continue to hope Caylee is alive.. Because the pictures of the two of them remind me so much of me and my daughter, and I just wont believe anything until it's proven, in a court of law, and not "proven" through the media..

I was always under the impression that you cannot conclusively say that a piece of hair matches ONE particular individual.. All that they say is that it was a close match (or whatever their medical terms are!).. So I do not believe that it was Caylee's hair just because they say so.. They can't conclusively say so.. Unless something has changed with DNA..

As for the chloroform, honestly the theories that I have about it are theories we have already discussed.. Freaky sex, partying, Nicole G?? Who knows..I would most likely go with the freaky sex since she seems to love it a lot..

The decomp.. well, I don't know about that.. That's what tears at me.. What other explanations could there be for this? Could it be someone else's?? Can't they test for DNA through that? This is the one thing I dont have a theory on, besides that it could be someone else..But who? Are we crazy for thinking along these lines? Some would say so, but I would say that we would make EXCELLENT detectives one day..

Caylee's father is alive and well, and knows he is her dad. He could have had problems with the Anthonys as far as being able to see Caylee....especially if he is hispanic/puerto rican, mixed.
If he has family out of the country, Caylee could have been taken to Mexico or Puerto Rico, and is being cared for by his family. The family could be prejudiced against whites, and possibly angry at the way Caylee is being raised....especially if the A's have been keeping Caylee away from them.

It would be extremely difficult to get Caylee back if she was indeed taken across the border. If she was flown to Texas, or CA, it would be easy to cross to Mexico. She could have fake papers that were shown to the border patrol when they crossed.
(although I dont think a passport is needed to cross into Puerto Rico, is it?)

Illegals have lots of connections and no problem having fake id's made up.

I have definately wondered that myself.. but what about everything else? I listed what my theories are on some of the "evidence", but if we go by this theory, then what happens to theories about the "evidence"?? I hope that makes sense! :crazy:

LE can request anything with probable cause and reasons for advancement of a case under investigation. Then it is up to a judge to sign the warrant or request for info.

I'd go with PR over MX and no, you don't need a passport. When we drove to Zacatecas MX, I had to get a visitor visa when I entered MX but my kids whose father is from Mexico didn't have to have anything, not even a birth certificate. By car, you don't have to show anything until you cross back into the US.
