If the cops thought the car was so important on the 15th they should not have waited until the 17th to take possession of the car. If the cops didn't care a whit about evidence in the car, why should Cindy?

OK I just re-read SB's transcript again cause I don't want post something with out checking my Facts :)

LE took the car into possession on the 15 th ( late evening ) or very early July 16th . SB states he received a call from his driver who stated "Hey that car we released today that you were telling Nicole about with the smell in it , was that a white pontiac ? " SB responds yeah why ? Driver responds " I'm picking it up right now " "Taking it to the Crime Lab "

So it was only a few hours after LE responded to the 911 call

Chiming in here as the CA interview with Det. Melich is fresh in my mind.
Det Melich specifcally addresses this issue with CA where she openly admits she was wrong about the account she gave in interviews about the car being left there for 2 days. She admits to him in the interview it was less than 24 hrs.

Agree , it was fresh in my mind as well and then I remembered SB stating so in his transcript .

I apologize for the snip remark , I see now you snipped your self. :) How ever I was responding to the " I read the neighbors interview.. I dont recall him saying he saw them cleaning out the car.. Was that a "fact" too?

No where did I state Brittany said she saw them cleaning the car , only that she saw the car backed into the drive way with the trunk open .

What I'm getting at is there is more then one neighbor not all are HIM, it's possible LP could have talked to several neighbors . We haven't seen everything LE has , maybe a neighbor did see them cleaning out the car .

We know that they did , IIRC Cindy removed grey pants , kitchen knife and other clothes . Who knows what else was removed . Cindy also found AH phone number by going through the car . We don't know that a neighbor didn't see them cleaning out the car , maybe LP is privy to that info . They did have several hours between the time they picked the car up and LE responding to the 911 call

IMO the script story is BS whether KC said it or who she said it to doesn't matter .

I'm not a huge LP fan and I agree he hasn't been consistent , just like the many other players in this case .

I'm not talking about the neighbor Brittany when I said I read the interview, I am talking about the neighbor that she borrowed the shovel from.. But, LP never said which neighbor said it..So I could see where the confusion is..

Yes, he did say that last night on NG. I think I remember that a caller asked if the A's had time to clean out the car and she had LP respond to that. He said that they did have time and that the neighbors saw it. He didn't have any specifics beyond that, IIRC.

My DVR is on the fritz but I'll see if I can find the exact quote.

That is basically what he said!

Has anyone seen this? http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=412258244

I think I remember hearing CAsey refer to Caylee as Cay.. What does it mean "soon you will understand"..don't want to get my hopes up..

I am quoting/bumping my own post.. I find this myspace to be interesting, even though it's marked private.. It says "soon you will understand" and the mood is "betrayed", which is what some posters were saying that someone who she trusted with Caylee did to her.. I also remember hearing that she called Caylee Cay.. I hope we really will understand soon! Wouldnt it be great to wake up one morning and on the front page news is an article about Caylee being found, alive! I'm hoping every day!

No problem, glad to be of service.:D

That is very interesting, but with so little to go on...I'm sorry, does it say where this person is located?

Yes Brittany saw the car backed into the driveway with the trunk open AFTER it was picked up by Cindy & George from the tow yard and BEFORE LE impounded it .

This is what I was saying , it's in her transcript :)

OHHHHH! I am sorry! I honestly thought that you were referring to when Casey was still m.i.a., and the neighbors saw her backed up into the garage.. And I was saying, no that is not what I'm talking about! SORRY for the misunderstanding!!! :)

I know what you were saying lol I was just saying it could have been another neighbor . We know that LE was canvessing the neighbor hood so we might not have seen ALL the transcripts of everyone they talked to .

OK something has been on my mind for a while and I am going to post it. Casey is Caylees mother. Casey has legal custody of Caylee. Casey does not have to tell anyone where Caylee is. There is no reason for her to. The reason I posted this is because my daughter who has my one and only beautiful granddaughter has a nanny. The nanny has been keeping my granddaughter since my daughter went back to work. My granddaughter is 3 and so cute. I have watched my granddaughter quite often. I have never met the nanny nor do I have her phone number or know where she lives, but I do know that the nanny is from PR and a friend of the fathers family. Strange isn't it. Here I have a granddaughter and know nothing really about the nanny. So I do not find it all that odd that no one knows the nanny that Casey had.

Casey has a right to a nanny and not telling anyone the name. Casey does NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to NOT have a clue where her daughter was for more than a month and not NOTIFY AUTHORITIES that her child was missing, kidnapped, whatever the story of the week is for her. My CAPS are frustration with this case, not with you!! :) :) Oh, and I DO PRAY she is alive, in keeping with the title of this thread.

It is interesting, and I also pray daily that today will be the day that Caylee is found alive - eventually she will be, in God's own time.

That myspace page could have been created by many different people as well as with many different meanings. If it was done by Casey's hand, then I am a bit more hopeful that they're getting closer to finding her. It could also be that they already know where she is, but they have to first address and rectify other criminal issues surrounding her.

Or it could mean that LE still hasn't a clue, and the "soon" only means that Casey's court date is coming closer, and some answers will then "have to be given" - or so they think.

I agree that eventually she will be found . . . it is in God's hands.
