Uh ohhhh>,Trish said it wouldn't be fair to Casey to have a lip reader. Back to the corner & away from the deaf forum for me. :( I am not taking any chances. I depend tooo much on you guys for support on my bad days. :(

I was late to the party and didn't get here in time. :(

I would have liked to ask Mr Hornsby if he thinks Mr Baez will ever get to be an attorney in a death penalty case on his own? :)

Go to Tricia's post & listen to it.

Ok, just starting the show. Tricia, you sound awesome! :blowkiss: Shout out to 'Beach, too;) haha

Love the son/dwarf story, Tricia. When I was little I pulled the wings off of love bugs and cut the feet off of Beach's pantyhose to play "lunch lady" with my stuffed animals. haha. Ask 'Beach about the alligators and nutria:) Stories you won't forget.

Love to all.

Tricia, someday we'll all look back on these premier shows and say "remember when?" and smile. :D

You sounded so bubbly! :D

Oh, I missed that ThinkTank posted about Lippman's motion. I'll have to go back and read that. Another thing I learned on the show tonight! :highfive:

So, if Tricia is now the "co-owner" of Websleuths, who is the other "co-owner" or "owners?" Did I miss something somewhere?

No clue. I thought she was sole owner.:waitasec:

Kimster, did you have your computer speakers on while on the phone talking & listening to the show? I remember another online radio show saying to mute your computer speakers to the online guests to stop the feedback. You sounded great btw!

Great show! Had a little trouble but clicked on the if you are having audio problems link and it brought up my media player.

Awww, come on. You could write a book. :floorlaugh:

The rebroadcast is great...no problems. If you had problems before, I highly recommend tuning in. RH saying he would advise ICA to not be so "extreme" in showing emotion. I agree. But the thing is, it seems showing any emotion at this point is tricky. Her whole defense is basically based on the fact that she blocked everything out and just forged on- how could showing any emotion help, at this point? I mean, I'm not on the jury, but that was my immediate reaction. I agree that Baez lost everyone on the molestation/RK end. Very interesting show so far. I can't quite figure out how Casey wasn't diagnosed as a sociopath, though. Honestly...she seems textbook.

:twocents: Again the "looking for chlorine" in the bones is a huge smoke screen! Let's not forget that NONE of the defense gang's EXPERTS can testify to something that was NOT in his/her report/depo. And from the documents released........I didn't see any analysis of Caylee's bones by either Werner Spitz, M. D. or Kathy Reichs, Ph. D. BUT if it was presented, please send me to the links! Perhaps this "theory" was "floated" out to them back in 12/24/2008.........before the cremation because unless they saved tissue (bone is considered tissue!), it's not in the defense gang's bag of tricks now!

IIRC, Dr G DID save a piece of Caylee's bone. Just don't remember which bone it was.

Did he mention the bones? UKlaw wants to know if they ever said anything about the chlorine...I believe you were telling us where they may go with NOT testing the bones for chlorine.
You were great Richard!!

When you do a "mass spec", you test for "whatever unknown" is there. You don't test for anything specific. You get the resulting *peaks* and then compare to a standard. Therefore........another circular aguement. (e.g. BULLS**T!)

I couldn't hear the names of all the callers that came in. Who called just before ynotdivein called?

I was VERY impressed with all the callers, by the way! GREAT job! :highfive:

:rocker: Agree :seeya: count.....and geeeeeeee, too bad the defense experts didn't! (or at least as their reports seem to indicate).:twocents:

Not surprising there at all. Poor Caylee sat at the funeral home for days in a cardboard box on a cold metal shelf before anyone saw her, the DT or the Anthonys. No dignity at all.

Question for RH:

Is the number of sidebars typical for a capital case? The amount of time the attorneys spend up there with HHJP makes me think he should install an espresso machine.

Also I'm hoping some technical type is keeping a spreadsheet (colored piecharts anyone?) on the number of objections each side registers and the outcome of each. It would be nice to see a total of the number of defense objections that have been overruled. Conversely, I'd like to see the percentage of prosecution objections that have been sustained. Both numbers would be a real measurement of how ineffective the DT has been in presenting their case thus far.

OMG YOU GUYS I AM SO SO SORRY.

I was assured beyond any doubt that the technical issues would be resovled this week.

They were worse.

You all couldn't hear it but about 7 minutes into the show our own voices started echoing in our heads. OMG it was AWFUL.

When that happens you talk much slower than normal because it messes up yoru speech patten.

I'm so frustrated I can't begin to tell you. Might have to change companies.

Tricia, we trust you to find a way (or a company) to get it done right. We know it's still new and has a few kinks but we're so glad you're on the air! Don't worry, we won't jump ship while you work it all out. Despite the technical difficulties, the content and guests are great and we love you for all you do.

Tricia,

If you decide to change company's I think you should go with Blog Talk Radio or Now Live (http://www.nowlive.com/) both are really good. Blog Talk Radio is my favorite because even if callers can't call in with their phone if they have a mic on their computer then they call in through their computer.
