Thomas William Hall

Thomas William Hall, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, was 29 years old when he left his home in Diberville, Mississippi on June 17, 1996 after making a phone call to his wife and telling her that she “would now get his life insurance proceeds”.

Local law enforcement and U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) both are unsure about any foul play involved, but haven’t ruled it out.

Thomas Hall’s family also hired a private investigator who had the same opinion on the situation.

Thomas Hall is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighed approximately 185 pounds at the time of his disappearance in 1996. Thomas has brown hair and blue eyes and not known tattoos or body markings.

If you have any information about the whereabouts of Thomas William Hall, contact the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department, Mechelle Carbine at

I wonder from where he called his wife. From his house in Mississippi or elsewhere? And did he go missing in June or July?

I came across a John Doe located near the San Francisco bay on July 7, 1996. John Doe is estimated to be 30 - 50 years old, 5'11," 200 lbs.

They couldn't be the same person if Mr. Hall went missing in mid-July, of course. But I hope it's okay if I suggest the possibility (however I think it's unlikely, based on location).
