I've never seen one updated. I haven't followed a lot of cases super closely, but I think even in the Jhyesse Shockley case they didn't update the missing person posters.

They didn't with Haleigh Cummings. They found the clothing a week later that was described in the Amber alert. They never changed it because another type of clothing was never given.

I suspect if the child had no clothing on when missing, they wouldn't put that on an alert.

In reality, neither of these cases fit the criteria for an Amber Alert.

Exactly. I will repost from earlier:

LE has NEVER made a statement saying that Lisa was not seen on Oct. 3. The missing posters, NCMEC etc. all state she went missing the night of Oct. 3. So your theory is, even though LE cannot find any confirmation that Lisa was seen during the day of Oct. 3rd, they are keeping that information to themselves, and allowing misinformation to be on those flyers? They just said "Oh hey, we can't find an independent witness who saw Lisa earlier that day, but oh well, no big deal, lets just let it go." Not ask the public if anyone saw her, not put it out there that the date of Oct. 3rd may be wrong, they just leave it alone.

If LE does not have reliable confirmation that Lisa was indeed alive and well the day of October 3rd, up to when Deb said she put her to bed, WHY would LE fail to mention this?! Anyone have a guess?

I do not know. I really don't. That's the best answer I have for you.

One theory could be LE has a pretty solid case against DB or JI or both of them, or really SOD. They really have no reason to show all the cards they are holding. If they've deducted that Lisa hasn't been seen since Sunday, maybe they don't want to alert the parents until they build a case.

Do you not see why this would be far-fetched? I mean really? If they didn't know FOR SURE that Lisa was alive and well the whole day of the 3rd, and before then, don't you think this would then EXPAND the investigation a great deal? Then we would be including daylight hours in this scenario. They would want to know where all these players were during those times, plus others that they would have come into contact with. They would be questioning many more people then just those who were in that neighborhood, and they may have gotten other search warrants, had many other areas of searching, etc. I just don't see it.

BBM, In all honesty, it doesn't seem any more far fetched than the story we've been fed from DB & JI.

If Lisa died the evening of the 2nd, then Dane, MW, Jersey, SB, SB, JB probably wouldn't even factor into the equation. They only factor in b/c of when Lisa "went missing".

If you followed Ayla's case. She most likely died before the stated time last seen. LE works with what they have. When JI/DB stopped talking to LE, they have to give up the physical searching. The parents are needed for that to continue.

If these parents thought Dane, Megan and Jersey were the perps, why aren't they talking with LE and begging LE to get them to tell where Lisa is?
