Tim Miller: Possible Lawsuit against Casey

2:54 CFNews13Casey: #CaseyAnthony attorney says EquuSearch would have spent money ANYWAY searching for other missing people if they didn't look for Caylee

That is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard anyone say, seriously. JMO

3:19 CFNews13Casey: BREAKING: Motion to dismiss civil case denied #CaseyAnthony

:woohoo:

I hope her attorney is right and that it opens the door for all the searchers to sue her. Start getting CC receipts for everything and then when Tim wins ask for a notarized statement that you were involved in the search.

I really hope Jose was counting on a big payday for her and then he'd take a chunk. Do the judgments have to be paid before he can be paid?

LOL. Disguise's never leave home without them.

Got anything to cover my nose....:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I need a Groucho Marxs disguise......:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:...............:hand:

:butthead:....maybe I can walk backwards....

:pirate:.................:parrot:.............:cowboy:

I gotta say that I wish TES had included G & C in the law suit.
Do you realize that they have also gotten away with everything they did and continue to do?
I want to see all of these people go down and go down hard.

I think that was his best one - well...except for the one to Yuri Melich when he asked if Yuri had ever asked OCA if she'd ever committed suicide.....Ah yes, good times!

I also like the statement he made during a presser early on. He said the best thing that can happen for his client is to have Caylee come home. At the time I thought to myself.... DUH, but now, knowing what we know and what Jose said he has always known, this is one stupid stupid stupid comment.:banghead:

(oh I just love this...)

Wonder how many whirls at the Florida Bar Exam this dude had?

wonder if FCA is screaming at Baez about now? "WHAT DID YOU DO!! Do you realize how many people are going to sue me over our lie to get me found NG? I'm screwed!
Couldn't make me any happier knowing that at this moment.

aaaahhhhh,

IRS debt on taxes not paid on $200,000 sale of Caylee's photos,

$$ owed to pay OSCO and State to recoup cost of investigation (~$150,000? I think....),

ZFG civil trial proceeding forward for $$ damages -- "Early Halloween costume" depo may be released this week,

TES civil trial in early stages for $$ damages,

any $$ FCA receives from an interview/book will be substantially cut into with all of these debts, she better get BIG $$ for something or she will not have much of anything after she pays off her debts.

9 months left on probation, even if it is just an aggravation..

Now, how is that Bella Vita working out for you?????? :seeya: :woohoo:

This sounds like a Master Card commerical. LOL!!!!:great:

Thanks for the updates...

I agree with you. however, if OCA called 911 on the 16th of june of 2008 for her "drowned" child, TES never would have spent 100k USD searching for her remains.
I'd say she perpetrated a fraud...a real big one...whether it's assumed that Caylee was murdered or dead from an alleged (loved the use of THAT word) drowning...it was Casey's doing.

Speaking of reasons why FCA might someday turn against her knight, Sir Jose:
Jose Baez told FCA to pay him the entire $200,000 she got from selling the pictures even though he knew d@mned well that 35% of it ($67,000) belonged to IRS. As her legal advisor aware of her indigence, he should have been the one to tell her the $67,000 needed to be withheld and paid to IRS. At least I think a case could be made for that. As it is now IRS will hound her constantly and pile on huge interest and penalties.

Here's another reason she could foreseeably turn on gallant, Sir Jose: There must surely have been be a legal method/maneuver that would have enabled Jose ultimately to be paid the $200,000 for the photos directly thus eliminating FCA's tax liability completely.

If not, I can still dream can't I? :great:
