Well, the Judge didn't ask her if she talked with Tim, just if she was aware that they were searching.

I don't get it. Why does a "defense team" even still exist? They had their trial, they won. It's over. Right? Why can't they move on?

Yes...but each lie prompted a complete and separate investigation. Even their cute little lawyer (can't remember her name...poor thing...needs a new job) couldn't argue this.

Well, the Judge didn't ask her if she talked with Tim, just if she was aware that they were searching.

It really wasn't the Judge who asked FCA the questions, TES's attorneys drafted the 15 First Admission questions and the 6 Interrogatories questions, FCA's attorneys were then trying to say she could not answer any of these 21 questions due to self-incrimination re: lying appeal from the criminal trial, they wanted FCA to be able to plead the Fifth Amendment to all of the questions. The Judge, however, just chose 2 of the questions TES wrote for FCA to answer that Munyon felt would NOT incriminate FCA in regards to her lying appeal, and the Judge determined of all of the 21 questions TES's attorneys asked in those two documents, FCA only had to answer 2 of them,

The Judge did not craft nor ask these questions.
