TES spends over 100,000 dollars on a fruitless search and CA gets her panties in a bunch over the 5k and 300 dollar jar money. How do you develop a personality like that? Her brother seems normal.

Funny you should say that. As I was reading this thread again my overriding thought was no amount of money will cover what the Anthony's took from Tim. The time he spend dealing with them and doing the searches, the pounding his health took that fall & winter, his personal investment in Caylee that was constantly being undermined by CA and her vicious attacks.

Tim earned my deepest respect by just showing up and coming back, in spite of all the drama CA caused. This was for Caylee because Tim cared, unlike those who knew about "the woods" yet never got off their azzes to search for their own grandchild.

Does anyone know if any of the searchers (outside of LE) sued Wilbanks due to a false search? It's not the most comparable, but it's similar.

I don't remember reading if she was sued by anyone other than the Sheriffs department.

She pleaded No Contest to providing false information to LE, and in the Plea Bargain got Probation and had to pay $2250.00 to LE

Ronald Cummings hasn't been making $$$$deals and has no funds to sue for. Waste of court time . He hasn't used his daughters disappearance to fund his lifestyle.

CA chose to publicly criticize and probably lie (since that's how she operates) about Tim Miller. Not really good publicity.

Unfortunately ,when people take advantage of a service that has limited ability to help everyone that requests their help ,a consequence MUST be established for those that are deceptive. Hopefully the next family that only wants to use and abuse TES,to jerk TM around and make him the bad guy (that's called a distraction,a red herring) will think twice because there are consequences.
I wish every family that was turned away by TES during that time period could sue TES.

IMO.....the ONLY reason Tim was called in was so that the DT could broaden their net in their search for reasonable doubt "suitable for framing" if ya get my drift.

The amount of money spent on investigating TES volunteer searchers alone was proof in my book.

IMO, with that opening statement.....the JAC should ask for some money back that went to "investigating" searchers. If Caylee drowned...what was the need for investigating????

It literally makes me ill to think about how many lives have been torn apart by this DT and their absolute bull*****!!

I actually considered going to Orlando to help search. How sad is it that in a small way I am glad I never did.

JB's antics may have "gotten KC off".............

But the damage his actions caused to the entire system is far worse than anyone could have ever imagined. I am a firm believer in KARMA......and she's patient.

I don't see how they are allowed to continue practicing law after they have been exposed. They took JAC money under false pretenses AND it is now proven that they were harassing innocent volunteers in an attempt to scapegoat or blame them. This is unbelievable.

The money that was spent took funds away from other missing person's searches at the time. Tim used up all his funds on trying to locate Caylee. If this was not enough with the admission from DT that Caylee drowned, DT went after each and every TES searcher to see what was in their background. To my knowledge TM has done nothing wrong and certainly nothing that deserves negative feedback from the public.

Did Ronald Cummings admit that his daughter drowned? I wasn't aware he was charged with anything other than he was caught with drugs. jmo

What makes you think you can determine that? Tim is the one who must be the judge of publicity paying off. He finds lost kids, he's not in it for publicity or to get rich for heaven's sake.

Tim has helped find missing people and to those families his services were invaluable. Not enough money in the world would be enough to give him. But, Tim depends on donations to run his business. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but when someone you love is missing calling Tim Miller is not one of them. jmo

Thank you, LambChop. I feel horrible for how the police handled Tim's daughter - especially not returning her remains for three years, and then making a profit from some of her bones! That was an informative read - I'm glad you shared!

Reading his profile that he went through AA I am appauled that CA made a comment to him about drinking. You can also see why finding Caylee's remains in tact were important to him. I also think about LP making that comment to him about finding Caylee's skull when LP was a JBP. Why do people feel they have to be so cruel to others who have suffered a great loss in their life? jmo

I understand what you are saying. Cindy and George really did love Caylee and they lost her as well, but some are cruel to them, and I TOTALLY understand the rage. I was pretty much taken aback with LP when I heard he wanted him and Tim to find Caylee and basically pose with the skull. This case brought out alot of bad characters, and Tim Miller was not one of them! I personally think the case should be dropped and everyone move on because the negativity around it is terrible. But I just am praying for justice for little Haleigh Cummings now. Whats done is done.
