Time Stamp Incorrect?

Can anyone recommend a setting I could check for why the timestamps on posts are incorrect for me? I am using mobile web browser. Is it just a time zone difference? TIA.

Under your name is a preference tab. Under the Preference tab there is a place to change the Time Zone to where you live.
