Metro police are conducting an invesigation after human remains were found near homes in Antioch Monday night.
Police dispatch said the call came in around 8:13 p.m. The skeletal remains were found near the 600 block of Picadilly Road.
A dispatcher said some bones and clothes were found in the area. More information to come.

Police believe they belong to Genet Haile, who was age 45 when she was reported missing by her family in September 2014.

The family reported Haile had made suicidal statements and was suffering from depression. She had been visiting Nashville from Virginia for about two weeks when she disappeared.

Detectives said personal items found near the remains were hers.
