I apologize and thank you for the fyi. I've contacted the Georgetown PD and shes no longer listed as missing. She isn't physically with me. She is here in Owensboro. Shes been arrested multiple times over the last few months. I talk to her whenever she passes my home. Shes in dire need of rehab but the jail just releases her back to the streets.

If you Google 'owensboro kentucky drug rehab' a national help phone number comes up. If you explain to them, they can tell you where she can go or where you can take her.

Good news! It appears Ashley was found alive in June 2020. Hopefully she's getting all the help and support she may need.

This is great news! I too hope that she’s doing okay at this point and is receiving the help she needs! There are a few cases on WS where I think (and hope) that a breakdown or incident leading to homelessness/drifting is what has happened, all the drifters out there is someone’s “missing” loved one after all! There is at least some hope!
