Does anyone know if there has been an interview with the 2 aunts and cousin who they went to dinner with? TIA

I haven’t seen any.

In one with KP, she did look at CP to confirm who she had the meal with, which was odd as he wasn’t even in town!!

The Amber Alert indicates that LE were taking the missing child report seriously, but CP/ Seth were driving around following up on leads that afternoon and presumably KP was doing something similar as well.
Respectfully snipped for focus...BBM

I may very well have this wrong -- there have been so many interviews -- but I thought CP drove to Hendersonville when KP called him in the morning, but then he turned around and drove back to Memphis to get his camper. And maybe stayed the night there before returning?

Can anyone verify that timeline and precisely what CP and KP claimed to have been doing?

I'd also thought KP did not participate in the SR search, but maybe LE was interviewing her.

This whole thing is convoluted and just when I think I understand one aspect--I find out something different occurred.

Agreed the Nancy Grace interview gave me the Susan Smith vibe in a way. I hope he is alive and well, but I feel like he wasn't home that night. MOO.

Convoluted for sure!

Seth spoke about driving around with CP that day, following up on leads that CP had seen on social media.
So after that CP drove back to get RV, but I’m unsure if he went back the same night or next day.

Okay, that's good to know. Thank you!

Reportedly only mom & Sebastian went to dinner Sunday night.

IIRC, the aunt(s) were there 2, or 1?) & cousin went to dinner Saturday, although I do believe Katie stated somewhere they picked up a niece Sunday for a while. As far as interviews, no, aunt(s) & cousin haven't done interviews.

Court tv live shortly:

Good show. It is possible someone could have been hiding in his room forcing him out barefoot. I thought KP looked exhausted in the NG interview and also sedated. Some antidepressants etc you can feel yourself crying on the inside but the tears wont come out. I don't get why she Isn't out searching. But I don't know her mental state either. CP is not someone I would want to be around. But I know someone like him and find it hard that person would make someone disappear. The dynamics in that family between the 3 coparents must have been stressful for SR even if he didn't have disabilities. A lot of strange in this case but I'm trying to keep an open mind and not ruling anything or anyone out. Would like to know what those lights really are. jmo

Just bumping this to move it back to the first page and keep Sebastian's thread current. I won't let this go cold.

Unless this has changed CP didn’t arrive until sometime in the afternoon. He refused to say what time he got to Hendersonville bc ‘LE didn’t want them revealing the timeline’ (per CP) IIRC he said it was around 1:00. He did say he was on the phone w/LE all or most of the morning. I guess he didn’t realize he could’ve been on the phone while returning.

I had the feeling he didn’t take Sebastian is missing very seriously to begin with. He told Seth not to get upset when he called to inform him and he used the excuse that he had to clear it with his boss before he could leave which should take about 2 minutes under the circumstances.

Gosh, Chris made the call to inform Seth that Sebastian was missing.

I thought Seth said that CP was already at the house when he got there that morning?

When you call your local LE non emergency (911) number is your call recorded?

ETA I worded that badly I meant not 911.

According to the Google, it depends on the county you call.

I wonder if it’s an old fashioned thing like it seemed like a call that should be man to man? CP appears to think of masculinity in an old-school way. And/or KP was so worked up that CP didn’t think it’d help anyone for Seth to get the message that way.

I think back to the times family members have passed on my mom’s side of the family. My dad has always told me. I think it’s like something he’s doing for her/ on her behalf to be helpful. Because it’s hard to do.

It could have been a “don’t panic, I’ll call him.”

I did not think any of the parents were involved based on the first interview. I’ll admit I find the idea of manipulative wolves in sheeps clothing really scary and didn’t watch the newer interviews. CP isn’t a perfect human or a perfect stepdad but there’s a difference between that and like sociopathic or even narcissistic. So who knows. I mean I’m not going out of my way to stick up for him. I do think something fishy is going on I just am not convinced that CP and KP are deranged enough to do something cruel.

All JMO.

I can agree there. He definitely seems very old fashioned in every thing he does. So it would make sense for him to call Seth instead of KP.

I would be interested to know who called the niece, how she was collected, which places she went to and what time/where she was dropped off after? Seth confirmed KP and Sebastian were the only people that he recognized in the steakhouse cctv, would he recognize the niece? Bit odd the niece didn’t stay for the meal, but perhaps she is little and had to get home early with it being a school night?

One presumes LE have collected all the tech data from all phones that day to corroborate their version of events.

Could KP have been creating an alibi?
Look Sebastian had a great day (the ‘fun fact’ and ‘colossal popcorn’ comments) so going missing was completely out of character…

But, IMO after a busy Saturday as well, it would be chaotic for a child with autism, who we are told prefers structure, relaxing, playing video games in his free time.
Was this a typical Sunday?

The case is a jumble of contradictions!
