Sebastian has not been seen since February 25, 2024. Its quickly approaching two year mark.

Where is Sebastian? Where could he be?

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the whereabouts of Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers. Read more about the disappearance of the 14-year-old on February 25, 2024, in the area of Stafford Court in Hendersonville, Tennessee, in this FBI story: https://fbi.gov/news/stories/searching-for-sebastian-rogers

It doesn't feel as though 2 years have passed. This case seemed solvable, but IMO something was missed...
I wonder how his mother and biological father are doing and what his biological father currently believes happened. So sad.

2 long years. I fear this will never be solved. My gut says LE knows but does not have enough evidence, circumstantial or otherwise. MOO :(

I hate to think it, but I feel there is family involved in his disappearance. If there is no history of Sebastian bolting in the past, why would he now? I know children with autism can be unpredictable, but his mom lived with his condition for years, something just doesn't sit well with her story IMO.

SEBASTIAN ROGERS — STILL MISSING, BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.
It was two years ago this week (Feb. 26th) that the teen — who would now be 17 — vanished from the family home in Hendersonville, TN.
The Amber Alert remains in effect.

“It takes a community to raise a child. Well, I am asking for the nation to help me find my son,” Sebastian’s father, Seth Rogers, said. “He has been gone for two years today.”

“Sebastian is a bright light, fun, energetic, mischievous at times, but what kid isn’t?” Seth explained.

“You know, asking people to hand out flyers, talk about Sebastian. If you have anything, send the tips in,” Seth said.

“The days are long, but the years are quick,” Seth added.

On Wednesday, community members held up signs, demanding answers outside the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office.

In addition, Seth is asking the sheriff’s office to step aside so the FBI can take over the case after the family has had no answers for two years.

“It’s obvious that local law enforcement has been outsmarted by whoever did this, and it is time for them to let the big boys come in and do their job,” Seth said. “I don’t think they have the right type of training or anything for such has happened.”

“There are other agencies that could help, but they have to be willing,” Seth continued. “[Sumner County Sheriff’s Office] has to be willing to put their ego aside for Sebastian’s sake.”

“We feel there should be a lot more going on with him, a lot more searches, isolated searches based upon reports that were garnered during this time,” an organizer of the event outside the Sheriff’s Office, Andra Griffin, said. “We really think that it’s time for a press conference.”

“I love you, son,” Seth said. “I need you to call me; my phone number is still the same. I will not change my phone number, so that you can get ahold of me, so that I can come get you.”

Katie Proudfoot was interviewed for the 2 year mark of his disappearance.

I'm at a loss for words...

@Falling Down Wow, there is a lot that could be said about that interview.

But I think it needs to be considered that if she is neurodiverse herself (I don't know if she is or isn't), I think it could explain the way she words her thoughts and her body language differently than if she is neurotypical. That what might raise eyebrows for a NT person might be more typical in a ND person. This is me giving her the benefit of the doubt.

Even with that, though, something sits very wrong with me about this case. It's maybe too much that's questionable, not just one or two things. IMO.

Also I wonder why she was being interviewed alone and Sebastian's stepfather wasn't sitting there with her. Why wasn't he even there saying nothing for moral support?
