Circumstances of Disappearance
Mrs. Wooden was last seen by her husband driving off from Chester Frost Campgrounds/Park on October 23 ,1998 . According to her husband, she was leaving to see her mother in Rhea County, TN and stated that she may not be home when he returns home. He stated, when he came home on Monday, October 26, 1998 she is not home. Her car and suitcase are missing. Mrs. Wooden's car is logged into Cobb County, GA parking lot on October 24, 1998.

I don’t even if a missing persons or police report has been filed either.

This is all from Namus but i can’t find anything else on this woman. The husband might have done it and who knows if she is still alive but figured i would post it here in case anyone knew her or might have seen her back in 1998 or before or after she went missing by chance.

Photo of her either in 1998 or before but it’s blurry

I don’t understand what it means by her car being logged in to a Cobb County parking lot. Was it found there? Did she leave from there?

Cold Case - Barbara Wooden - WDEF

Hamilton County, TN (WDEF) – On October 26th 1998, Barbara Wooden was reported missing by her husband Hugh Wooden. No one in Mrs. Wooden’s family has heard from her in 23 years. Do you have any information that could help the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office Cold Case Unit in their investigation?

That one didn't show up at all on Google. I found it using Dogpile.
Thank you google wasn’t helping me at all

He married my grandmother shortly after his wife "disappeared". I lived with them. He kept my swim bottoms in his armoire drawers, he took teen magazines and hid them in his basement bathroom. He had makeup he kept in that bathroom that wasn't my grandmothers (who used almost exclusively lancome) - he groomed me and made sexual advances towards me at age 15 and 16. He would kiss my neck and touch my body and tell me I was his girlfriend and take me shopping and to fancy restaurants when my grandmother was not around. He would let my boyfriend come over while he went to the YMCA and then press me about what happened sexually while he was gone swimming at the Y. He told me he lost his virginity to a prostitute overseas while in the Navy. He kept that black lexus. He made quick work of getting rid of his and Barbara's home and marrying my grandmother who believed him over me when I finally told her he was grooming me and I was scared of him. I think he killed Barbara and I think my grandmother knows it. It is my fear he'll die a free man. He needs to be brought to justice. If you can be a p***phile and a cretin, you can be a killer. That is my opinion.
