The FBI is offering $20,000 to anyone with information about Brenda Carroll, Bonnie Drane and William Inklebarger, who have been missing since 2017, according to Knoxville Police Department detective Austin Jordan.
The FBI offered a $10,000 reward in August 2024 and doubled it after new evidence was recovered, according to an FBI press release.
