Brittany Faulkner was last seen around 2 p.m. on Tuesday at her home in the 1000 block of Poplar. She is 5'2" with brown eyes, black hair and a small scar under her left eye. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants.

Older case. Still cannot find anything about Brittany being located in 2019, but I wanted to make a note that it looks like she went missing again October 16, 2020:

Memphis police have issued a City Watch for a missing 27-year-old woman with a mental disorder who was last seen with an unknown male.

Brittany Faulkner is described as a biracial woman with shoulder-length curly hair, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, brown eyes and weighs about 180 pounds. Officials say she has been missing since Oct. 16.
