Oh boy, here's Ethel...

If I'm TK, I'm having trouble being polite to her.

Didn't she say during LD's trial that she thought G was mean and scary?

Ethel talking about moving from a bigger home to smaller place. This group helped her move her stuff. Everything did not fit in the smaller place. She gave some stuff away, and sold some to Davidson. Bookshelf, recliner, coffee table, curtains, and bedspread.

Juror asks if Thomas "did anything" when Davidson pointed rifle at her. "No," she said

If this case is made into movie Whoopi Goldberg should play Ethel Freeman, who is now state witness

Last go round she was def wit, claiming she saw vics begging for gas $ on Cherry St

Ethel was going to go to church sunday morning and stop by his house to pick up the payment. When she arrived at the house Rhonda(?) called her down there to her house wanted to know if she wanted her dishes.

She seen G when she was talking to Rhonda(?) he had on a navy blue or black hoodie. She said oh it's just G, and didn't say anything to him.

Rhonda wasn't a friend just an associate.

Saw G in a dark hoodie walking by, as she talked to Rhonda, whom she calls "not a friend - more of an associate." Interesting choice of terms. lol

Ethel had to leave she had a lunch appointment at noon. took the interstate to get home bacause of the train. Davidson called while she was pulling in the parkinglot.

She later found out the trian was blocking the road because they had found a body.

Ethel is now pointing out on map where Rhonda lives, where her car was parked, where she saw Thomas standing he was walking west on Chipman, and showing direction she left out of to go home.

I'm thinking the defense might go after Ethel a little...not sure how but since she was Davidson's friend, I'm thinking they might use her to make Davidson look scary and get a little testy if she doesn't co-operate.

Marathon gas station very close to Chipman St.

Once she arrived at home she spoke with Slim told him to come around 3-4pm to bring her money. He never showed, called.

Monday morning she went by and the house looked abandoned. Window was shut curtains drawn. Looked strange to her.

Ethel said they would leave the kitchen window open. This was January. Isn't it cold in Tennessee in January?

Plus, Ethel probably lied, at the least "remembered" a very important event for the first time, in the Davidson trial.

Ethel said she saw police searching monday morning, and did not leave a note on the Chipman house door.

Identifying the street corner she saw LE searching around upon their finding Channon's 4Runner parked there.

We had some druggies living not too far from us and they always kept windows open, even in the dead of winter. Not sure why. Either to get the odors out of the house or because they were sweating from their drug use.

I"m going to go out on a limb here, and predict that there is a 0.0 percent chance of GT testifiying in this trial. LOL.
