Viewing the walk thru of the house. TK wants Daphine to tell if anything is out of place.

Davidson was in a gand didn't like red, but liked blue.
Ever see thomas wear a hoodie? not positive but i think so. did see Cobbins and Daivdosn wear one.

bullet shells and gas can should not be on shelf.
makeup bag living room is never there.
stereo wasn't in the floor when she lived there it was on entertainment center
doesn't know where the air matress came from but that is what he slept on after she moved the bed out. the red stain is cool aid from her kids.
chair and radio was not normally in the bathroom. or the broom, dvds.
bullets in the floor in bedroom and on top of refrigerator where not there when she lived there.
Tv should not be upside down
writing on the wall. supposedly someone broke into the house.
clothes on the floor are Vanessa and Latalvis.
gas can in kitchen doesn't belong there or shampoo or the thrash can. trash can usually in the back porch room
when trash was in the trash can they would take out to the front door in front of the gate

Daphine knows Ethel. Daphine says she gave them some furniture and floral blanket set she didn't like. so she put it in the south bedroom closet. Bedding was never used when she was there.

Davidson when back to the apt with her on sunday night. they just hung out. Went to Target on Monday Cassie was going to buy her some make up. Davidson was wearing shoes that were too small. Identifies the shoes he had on. when they get back home hang out. Davidson wanted cocaine and to get them some pills. One night they got money from Vince.

Tuesday; woke up around 2pm. Her mom was on the phone OMG Daphine they just found a girl's body in that house. She told Brandy and Cassie. they told him he could no longer stay there. So they took him to some apartments.

Was scared to talk to LE. Afraid she might get in trouble for having him with her, and was scared of him.
returned pants to the police officer. Identifying the pants.

I wish so much more of this testimony implicated GT directly instead of LD and LC.

I don't think that we ever were able to see that she had 3 kids...back before she deleted her MS page she only had pics and spoke of 2. I know a few of us were looking to see if she did have his child...but we couldn't find anything. So I'm not 100% sure she did.

Although if she didn't, and is prego now (yes incredibly horrible for that poor child to be born into her instability), but I wish she would have been prego for Davidson's trial...he would have been FURIOUS!!! lol.

DS: sold drugs
defense; going back to the day she went to get makeup. was it dark.
DS: 6-7pm dark and raining.
Cassie and Brandy waited in the car. in there maybe 3-4min. initially tried to go to the bathroom but VC was in there. He wouldn't let her go into the kitchen.
Davidson grabbed her as she tried to walk in the kitchen. in the door way. grabbed her arm asked what she was doing it was his house now.
