Confirming that the state of the body was consistent with a 1:45 AM time of death ... and the anal injuries were an hour or two before death.

There was no meal within 2 hours of death... the stomach was empty, so it's unlikely any meal was eaten after 9 or 10 the night before.

Describing how tightly she was stuffed in, underneath layers of bedding, knees tight against cheek, ligatures thoroughly binding her, white trash bag tied tightly around head... Insside 5 large black garbage bags.

Gary is struggling to maintain composure. I haven't seen him get this way or rock in this trial until now... now he seems to be trying hard not to.

Part of me is glad to see G have to face this, but if I were Gary or Deena or Channon, I think it would destroy me to have him sitting there looking at some of these pics. It's like she's being violated all over again.

Not only am I in awe of her intelligence but I love the way she's not intimated when the defense goes after her (remembering the other two trials with Cobbins and Davidson).

She doesn't suffer fools. And she's a good woman in a fight. Nowhatamsayin'?
