Thanks for all the great updates today! I'm headed home from work but will check back in when I get home.

I still cannot believe how incredibly brutal and heartless these murders were... how can GT just sit there so EMOTIONLESS??? :furious:
He's says done it before too ... at the Chipman house. Not the kind of guy we should want on our streets.

She's on cross now. If the defense goes after her, she might get fiesty. She doesn't let herself be made "into a witness for the defense." She sparred (successfully) with defense in two prior trials.

Defense trying to lessen the impact of suffering by clarifying ME doesn't know if Channon unconsious or not and not how long it took her to die. JC.

Vaginal kicking/beating occurred fairly close to Channon's death - ME

I have long thought that the vaginal beating could indicate Vanessa Coleman. Why would a man do that. He just rapes her. But a woman, whose boy friend has just raped the girl, well she might want to inflict that damage. This was also the first I heard of the "scratching" in the area. What was that about?

Johnson trying to say Channon might have been unconscious when placed in the can, because there were no signs of struggle to get out.

I don't know how they could expect any signs, considering how tightly she was bound all over.

I wonder if the defense attorneys had to draw straws for who had to cross-exam the ME. This woman chews up attorneys for lunch. And I am an attorney.

I thought the exact same thing about Vanessa. :furious:

She said there were scratches as in abrasions in the genitals... in a prior trial, I read that she said it was consistent with ..insertion of a wooden object.

Why does this attorney care so much about DNA? His clients wasn't matched.

She's not the witness you want to annoy if you're the defense.

Wvjules postulated vannessa scratching. Not a bad theory, however Dr M-P has never indicated a cause, and I don't think she's been asked.

I think he wanting to say that the bleach didn't work on the other men's dna, so it can't be the explanation for the lack of GT's?

He kind of embarrassed himself pushing something they weren't denying there, too. lol

Ack, I've avoided that trial. I don't trust info from any side in that case.

We were in Italy when it happened, so I started following it there. I bet she'll be convicted, but I doubt she did it. She did change her story though, never a good idea under those circumstances. The prosecutor is obsessed with Satanism and persecuted others. He's been on trial himself for misconduct.

Smart defense attorney this time in the Thomas trial. He didn't go after Dr. M-P like the two before. They both lost.
