In LC trial he testified and got LWOP, In the davidson trial LD didnt testify and he got death. I think the jury will give him death--does GT have the option to get on the stand today?

The defense is saying he's ONLY an aider and abbetter, that he only stood by and didn't do anything, but that's not necessarily true. The scene was cleaned. GT was there. He COULD have raped and murdered.

GT has no prior criminal history. (Why on earth then, if he didn't do anything, didn't he get out of there and get help to stop the crime.)

Defense is saying that hoping it'll catch on if they say it often enough...doesn't necessarily make it true. In fact, we KNOW Thomas was there, in 800 sq feet, even though his fingerprints weren't found and part of the rapes were almost certainly done by objects. Objects don't generally emit DNA.

I think he could have just gotten caught up in this thing, but really, our society shouldn't have room on the outside for people who sit by and let things like this happen...IF he wasn't an active participant...and he could have been that too.
