I've been watching most of the trial and thank you for your excellent info.

I feel like Lavit is purpously trying to confuse witnesses in hopes they make a mistake. He is making me a crazy person, what with the heresay situation and his putting words in people's mouths.

Kudos to these witnesses. They are pretty much not falling for it all and venting their frustration with him aloud so the jury can hear.

Sooooo someone followed the "crew" from TN to KY and purposely planted the gun in Blue's house to make the "crew" look guilty? TOTALLY believable, just like this whole defense!!

Also, Suzi...I'm like 90% sure this is the woman that lost her child and got hooked on drugs.

She has testified before in the other trials. I can't believe you guys forgot her :crazy:. I mean how many female, white rappers do you know? I remember her but I don't remember there being any questioning about doors being locked or unlocked.

Next Witness, Jennifer Allen. Knew VC, not familiar with regular names. Knows nicknames. She is the clean freak who helped Natasha clean after LE search.

LE pretty much only tore up the back room that VC and Rome kept their stuff in. VC showed up while cleaning and went in house. She didn't bring anything into house. Was wearing a hoody, on hand in pocket. She demonstrates.

VC went into back room. She said she wanted to get clothes. Jennifer went outside. VC wasn't carrying anything when she left house.

VC didn't hang around left right away. Natasha and Jennifer started cleaning that room again. Saw a shoe box under bed, pulled it out and gun was laying in it. She says gun is similar to one Leland shows her. Jennifer set box on bed and called LE.
