First witness for the state, Josh Anderson, 26. Friend of Chris. Went golfing with him on last day.

Everyone at party started texting and trying to call Channon and Chris when they didn't show up at party. Figured maybe they wanted to be along. Josh and friend Justin went back to Kara's apt and Channon's car was gone but Chris' truck was there. Checked doors. Josh grabbed his golf clubs out of back and left a note to hollar at them. Went back to party.

Hanging out at party. Still tried to call Channon and Chris but were not overly concerned. Fell asleep, woke up around 9am. Him and Kara talked about where Chris and Channon could be. Tried calling them again. Kara later called Channon's work. Work said she hadn't showed up.

Around noon now. Everyone was awake now watching tv. Still wondering about Channon and Chris. Kara called Channon's parents told them about situation and that she didn't show up at work.

Early evening decided to figure out what to do. Spoke with Hugh and Mary. Hugh asked him to bring Chris' truck back home.

Met up with Channon's dad and brother. Gary's retired detective friend and got cell ping. Narrowed down to six mile radius. Went to Cherry street, five cars driving. Went down five streets at a time.

Second set of streets found Channon's car. 4 runner. Freaked out, got out of their cars. There is no way Chris and Channon would be over there, rough part of town. Knew something was wrong. Everyone getting upset.

The decals had been ripped off of Channon's car. Contacted LE. Mobile crime lab showed up looked in vehicle. Alot of mud in back seats and floor board. Ripped up cell phone charger. Crushed up pack of newport cigs. LE took photos.
