I was just thinking...if Channon had severe trauma to her genitals wouldn't Vanessa have been able to see that when she was being dragged through the living room without clothing on the lower half of her body? She's lying about that. I never before thought she had anything to do with Channon's torture. If she didn't why would she lie about seeing it?
Now that I know more about her, I trust her, but I wouldn't have at the time. Either way, it was a hole they should have plugged.The fact that she said don't search her daughter's room didn't raise any red flags to me. Personally, I wouldn't have wanted my children's room searched either. However if she said not to search the family room or something like that then I'd see red flags.
