Color me confused. I mean I understand that if she's conciously writing in the journal the things that are happening she can't play the "I didn't put 2 and 2 together" card. BUT, if the journal does in fact show that LC had her by the throat and she was afraid of LD cuz he had a gun, then wouldn't that HELP the defense? What am I missing here?

We dont know yet, but there is clearly something in this diary that the prosecution wants in and the defense wants out.

From the little bit I have watched of this trial and read the threads on the other trials, it is shocking how little rights the victims have. I now understand why the relatives of the victims get so upset. The criminals really do have ALL the rights.

He interviewed Colemen in preperation for her Grand Jury testimony. Arrived with mother and sister. She wanted them present during interview.
