Justice lawyer babysitting ATF tries block Lavit from showing Coleman not told b/f stmt she was indicted

No one told Coleman she had been indicted for murder when interviewed her 3rd time

Coleman very much sounds like young girl, wonder how impact jury?

Coleman - Davidson told her check Channon's pulse cause he couldn't tell. I couldn't tell. She wasn't moving"

Coleman - Cobbins held Chris at gunpoint "because Lemaricus told him to"

Coleman - "Lemaricus made me check her pulse"

Wow, this is the first time I had heard that she was indicted for murder before she was interviewed. The grand jury must not have believed her testimony....go figure.

She signed two waivers - one to be released, and another one to agree to talk. Defense is acting like she had to agree to talk to be released.

Lavit is trying to make this guy look like he was talking to VC for nearly 2 hours before he turned on the tape. But, he pretty clearly was doing a lot of other things and only had a few short conversations with her and her parents.

I've never seen a person who was given her rights and signed them away as many times as Coleman did.
