The attorney is supposed to fight for his client. Don't forget they can get into legal trouble for not providing effective counsel. I don't want an appeals court granting her a new trial.

I dislike Vanessa but her attorney is OK by me.

There's a thin line between fighting for your client and pulling crap out of the air, IMO. Never before have any of us heard that Little Miss 'Nessa was forced at gunpoint back into the house. Sorry, but Lavit's crap isn't flying with me. He needs to rely on the facts, IMO.

Now she was assaulted???? And she didn't think that it was important to mention "the assault" in any of her interviews??? GMAFB!!!!!!!!!

If she really was assaulted, that might help her case, but I'm not buying anything this defense lawyer is selling.

Lavit better come up with some evidence to introduce to back up his statements. Unless I have it all wrong, lawyers can't say things that don't have such evidence introduced.
