All VC had to do was tell everything she knew about Cobbins, Davidson, Thomas, and Boyd. Or had she even stayed in protective cusstody. She chose not too. She made herself look guilty.

Wow... he says they never offered her immunity, but only wanted to have documents in line to give it to her, if they decided to as things progressed. They decided not to because she was not being truthful.

I think Jennings is pretty clear despite Lavit taking him in circles. Immunity for the carjacking was on the table if VC told the truth, VC lied to detectives and grand jury and Immunity for the carjacking was taken away.

This has nothing to do whatsoever with the other charges filed by the state.
