I like how the ME keeps mentioning the trash can - meaning that jury should continue to hear how she was left to die.

Trauma to Channon's body is not the COD. COD is positional asphyxiation. Compression in trashcan prevented her lungs from expanding and taking in oxygen.

So obviously VC was lying about Davidson choking Channon therefore she was probably lying about the bindings having her DNA because she checked her pulse.

My guesstimate...I dont think there was a chair in the bedroom, so this would probably show that this act happened outside of the bedroom, i.e. in Vanessa's view?? But that's just a guess on my part?

Defense loses

Defense wants 2 block cause Coleman says Channon kept tied up in bedroom except bathroom visits

Channon suffered blunt force trauma to anal genital region after the chair incident as significant blood was not in her pants.

TK making the point that Channon from then on was hog tied early, not when VC claims at the end of Channon's life.

That could be part of it. Its also compounded by the fact that Vanessa and Cobbins were dating. So Vanessa appartnly saw her bf have oral sex with another woman, this may have enraged Vanessa, thus giving her reason/motive to beat Channon (or at a minimum, consciously make the decision to not help her). So defense may try to kkeep discussion of Cobbins to a minimum, but all they did here was draw more attention to it.
