I'm not sure if Jury does score since she said Channon wouldn't have stayed unconcious through out because of the pain.

Lavit wants evidence removed for jury consideration. Judge will rule later.

Lavit says it misrepresents where VC was in regards to the other defendants.

Lavit is objecting because the drawing of the police station is not to scale???? He's grasping at straws. He has NOTHING after the "adventure" entry and all the other evidence showing that VC has been lying all the time.

But going in and out of conciousness doesn't REALLY matter... no one can say now when she was or wasn't. At some point during the assault she was concious, and there is NO WAY screaming/crying/moaning/ was not heard by VC :furious: .

I hope that Lavit isn't getting paid (or taking too much of the taxpayers money) for this trial. He needs a refresher course on law me thinks.

I know it is extremely unlikely but I took a deep breath when he mentioned it.

Defense is attacking the Criminal Responsibility statute vs what VC was charged with.
