Then, they flee. LD was gone. NO reports to the police. No attempts by vc to slip away when they spent night at the Jody person's house.

She went to the store - no report - no request for help.

They go to wendys. Then they go to Natasha's house.

Spent night at Natasha's. Goes to Dr. No telling him anything.

When she is alone outside in the car with Stacy, did she ask her for help? NO - she tried to get her to give her an alibi - saying she was with her that night.

Then LE arrests them. She's there, safe. Does VC tell them she was held against her will?
No.
She tries to tell them she was with SL - the absurd alibi.

Covering for yourself, setting up alibis is the sign of a guilty person.

Then she leaves protective custody - doesn't go to her home, or reach out to her dad, who's worried...

She continues to lie to protect Cobbins.

Then, only at the end of the day, on the 31st, does she come up with the story about being thrown against the wall. There was no blood or evidence of that.

Now to the journal.

Words in journal are words from someone who was in this in the beginning.

Look at her glare at price. Then she just gives that "whateve" head shake and eye roll. What a piece of work.

We know what a nightmare Chris and Channon went through.

How does VC describe it? (reads all that about a fun adventure, haha)

This was days after the nightmare - those are the words of a guilty person who was in on it.

If this were a man sitting there, and not a woman, who made breakfast, helped out, wrote those things in the journal, would there be any doubt of his guilt? No - just because it's a young woman doesn't mean she's not just as guilty....

He's done - Lavit setting up now.

My fingers are numb... need to rest. :o

Price ends with asking the jury if a young man had done all the things that VC had done, would their being ANY question of their guilt? VC is guilty.

Lavit is up, thanking the jury for their service.

Yep, way to go. Yell at the jury. Sheesh.

Lavit says lie that Chris brought in the house.

Good gawd. That yelling is hard for me to hear.

Speaking as a Southern Baptist, Lavit sounds like a preacher.

Lavit's pretending the pros whole case was based on cobbins' testimony and their guts.

nonsense, but it reminds me that i didn't hear Leland mention VC's DNA on the bindings.
