Gary exasperated as Lavit drones on... right after this, Lavit started talking about the immunity deal, and Gary threw his head back and then reached to the bench in front of him and grabbed a jacked or something. It looked like he wanted to leave. The camera moved though.

No, I think he either didn't tell the jury what page or he told them an incorrect page. Who knows? I don't even think he knows what he's doing.

FWIW, tomorrow, while the jury is out deliberating, the court might do presentencing phase stuff like hearing witness statements to approve them in case the jury comes back with a guilty verdict.

His whole defense is about the federal prosecutor and the immunity issues. Wants to keep the jury from thinking about what happened at the house on Chipman.
